Hah! I think I do that out of habit. I probably don't even need to pinpoint at all with those shallow targets and a 9" coil.

We've found quite a few hot spots where I believe hunters probably camped back in the day. One spot near where I was hunting in this video was absolutely loaded with finds.

Very nice hunt. Nice old bottle and big and small silver. Love you using the large ID profile so we can hear tones and see the TID's. Were you hunting with and open notch? If you notched, what were your settings? John

Thanks John. I was using fast notched to about 78 with a 59-64 slot open for nickels.
