2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1800ML HOT WATER
1 MEDIUM ONION
1/2 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
1/4 TSP GINGER POWDER
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP CORIANDER SEED POWDER
1 1/2 TBSP SRIRACHA SAUCE
1 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
1 1/2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC
140G BUTTON MUSHROOMS
-IN A CAST IRON POT PUT BUTTER, OIL, HEAT ON MEDIUM-HIGH UNTIL HOT. ADD THE RIBS, SALT COVER AND LET THEM BROWN FOR 2 MINUTES ON ONE SIDE, TURN THEM ON THE OTHER SIDE COVER AND LET THEM BROWN FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD 750ML WATER COVER AND LET IT COOK FOR 40 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT, STIR OCCASIONALLY. ADD 750ML OF WATER LET IT COOK FOR 35 MINUTES. ONCE THE WATER HAS DRIED UP ADD ONION FRY FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD PAPRIKA, GINGER POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, SRIRACHA, SOY SAUCE, MINCED GARLIC, MIX WELL AND LET IT COOK FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD THE TOMATO PASTE AND THEN COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD THE MUSHROOMS STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD 1/2 TSP OF FLOUR AND MIX WELL. ADD 300ML WATER COVER AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES ON MEDIUM-LOW HEAT, ADD CORIANDER SEED POWDER STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, TURN OFF THE HEAT IT’S READY.
-REMOVE FROM THE STOVE, SERVE WITH TURMERIC BUTTER RICE AND BOILED SAUTED CARROTS, ENJOY.
