This would be easy enough considering they have access to a 3d printer. The proper R&D to make sure the prototype parts work just like this mk5/6/7 version is all you'd need. The geometry itself of the parts isn't all THAT different. If I had daily CNC access I'd be making all kinds of stuff. They are addictive to use.😎

Just installed mine yesterday on my Mk6 6 speed. Absolutely love it. It only took me like an hour to install and that was with pulling the Airnbox and battery. Well worth every penny spent.

Nice solution. Back when I started turning wrenches on VAG cars you pretty much had to cut up your linkage inside your shift box to modify your OEM shifter, until Diesel Geek, which IIRC was one of the only options for a SSK. These are some nice CNC'd pieces, and this is probably one of the easiest and best mods 'feel wise' for actually driving the car and rowing the gears like all us '3 pedal only guys' love to. Whutcha talkin A BOOT!!! 🤣🤣👍👍

After the factory, left/right pivot point on my mark v Jetta locked up (It was as if it was welded, It took lots of heat to remove it). I replaced the entire shifting mechanism with one of these. I love it!

Had mine installed last week, feels great. 2nd is tricky coming from 3rd and putting my shifter in reverse the leaver pops back up but stays in reverse. Maybe needs some adjustments on my part. Awesome product!

I stopped driving manuals 7 years ago. The last manual I had was a Honda Civic 2010. After that I had rental golf 7 and A4 manuals. I was astounded how squishy and unresponsive the feel is when shifting gears on VW and Audi cars. No idea why this is the case.

Had a b5 audi manual and couldnt tell the difference between 3rd gear an neutral with the ammount of play it had an absolutely hated it, sold it for a Mini cooper s 6 speed and it made a huge difference with the driving experience having a solid shifter

I have a 2010 Golf 2.5 w/ 5 Speed. Your website does not list this shifter as compatible with that, though I’m sure it is. The only transmission options for my yr/mk/mdl are auto and 6 Speed.

I called about having this installed and told the guy on the phone it’s for 02j 5 speed, dude had no idea what I was talking about and asked for the vin of the car… I told him ya I’ll just take it somewhere else. Smh.. y’all really need to get more knowledgeable people on the phone at the shop.
