Great video. I came here to check out the 17K but it was useful to hear about how it compares to other travel trailer brands. Thanks for giving the info about the shower height. I'm built like you but at 6'6". If I'm ever buying new I'll look you up. Thanks!

Northwoods are the best in the industry. Yeah the upfront cost is twice as much but you won't have to buy two trailers in the lifetime of the rig. Keep em camping and out of the shop 🍻 Must ask if you are kind, please let them know the decor colors need a modern option. I've asked them as well as the other RU-vid creators to put in a word about this. To each their own but a lot of us don't want our grandparents decor. Thanks and keep up the good work 🍻

Good morning!! You couldn't be more right. If someone finds the right floor plan and buys a NW unit and takes care of it, the length of time a person can get out of these units is crazy! NW is on a shift right now of making their interiors more modern. For 2024, Arctic Fox has new interior cabinetry and colors that look Great, Nash is next!! I love Northwood RV'S ,the arctic fox,as well as the Nash .I'm glad they are updating their interior colors as well as 12volt fridges and solar., but I wish they would change this floor plan and put in a North and South bed with hanging storage on each side, as well as a U-shape Dinette,with junk in the trunk storage outside and move the generator compartment up front most people wouldn't be using the generator at night and if you bring a portable generator you can always hook it up 15 ft away from your trailer, that's just my opinion I think the floor plan would be much more desirable if they made those changes even if they had to add a little length to it to make it happen. I also can't wait for you to do a video on the New Nash 23ck when you guys get one.

I would rather have comfortable seating vs. the U-shaped dinette. But if I am stuck with the stupid U-shaped dinette, I would rather there was access under them from outside. I wish my bed was in the back and the dinette was in the front. I hate having my bed next to the door. I am not a fan of having the kitchen in the middle with the dinette in the back. If it is raining then people are in and out while someone is trying to cook. The generator compartment, I have a tub inside that holds all my sewage supplies, with the extra hose in the bumper and only 20' of hose in the compartment. Have they finally started making the diamond plate go under the front end cap piece or did they add trim to that? I would rather have a walk around bed that is not a murphy bed, but I did not want to go longer to get that. I guess if the mr. decides to go camping with me more often we will have to figure something out re: the bed situation, and climbing over each other. But like you, I have always said "Why is there no outside access to under the dinette seat. Especially since there is a propane hook up there, one could store their flat top or bbq and accessories in that space.

Totally mised the back storage area in the dinette. I've heard many say it good for bulk storage like a case of bottled water.

Yes! The fridge is a 12 volt, with the Sol X 4 (400-Watt Solar Package) and good batteries, you will be in good shape. You also gain typically two additional cubic foot of space on 12 volts. Thanks for watching!!! Camping Cass
