Speaking of reduced recoil loads, I shot some Remington reduce recoil 12 gauge 00 buckshot today. I am not sure I noticed a difference between it and the other 00 loads I shot. And it didn't pattern nearly as well as some of the other loads I shot.

I’m always hurting shooting 30l06 even 30/30 I don’t get it I’ve been lifting for decades and my shoulders and chest are rock hard I’ve had pros watch my form but still pain, I’m taking off time to let the joint heal but any advise would be greatly appreciated, I have the shoulder saver rubber stock added and now looking at padded jackets because someone told me it the muscles are to hard then it transfers the impact right to the bicep tendon and rotator cuff?

Best trick I found is to shoot plenty of 3.5" Nitro steel BB then most target load and bird shot will feel like nothing to you.
