I smoked weed for thirty years or more. I gave my life to Jesus and haven't smoked since. The desire just left me. Praise God!

As a young man, high on marijuana, l prayed and offered my soul to Satan to play the guitar. I thought nothing happened, but soon noticed weird paranoid thoughts. I also played the guitar for hours when high. 15 years later after smoking dope daily l became a Christian. I had to be healed and delivered to break the dope addiction. 15 years later at an Alter call l went forward for prayer to share the gospel and in prayer it felt like a giant python was coming out my stomach. The pastors wife who was praying with us said " its coming out his stomach" then when it left an amazing anointing came upon me for several minutes until l couldn't take it any more and asked God to stop, l was sobbing with joy by now. Soon after at the age of 50 for the first time in my life l began to be able to write worship and praise songs and l am 66 now. God is amazing ❤❤❤

I smoked weed for a long time. I told myself that it makes me feel better, that it helps me focus, that it takes away my pain. I would say, I can follow Jesus and still smoke. Over the years God has shown me the negative effects weed has on me. The laziness, the overeating, the forgetfulness. Those things were keeping me from being close to Him and kept me from being what He has planned for me. It's a process, but God is good

🙌❤ I got saved about a month ago and thought I could still smoke once in a while and it would be fine… but I kept getting this feeling it was wrong. We know what’s wrong and right in our hearts. I quit smoking a couple of weeks ago and normally would have a really hard time quitting, but I prayed and prayed for God to deliver me from any addiction. I’ve had no desire to smoke since🙏🙌

What a missed opportunity to minister ( not shame) to these young men. Just because somebody gives their heart to Jesus and is saved doesn't mean they change overnight. Everyone's journey is different. These boys were looking for the right things maybe not in all the right places. If I remember my Bible, Jesus commands us to love one another as He has loved us, and that's how people will know that we are true disciples of Christ. I pray these boys found strong leadership in the church they were attending and they weren't discouraged to keep searching and learning about Jesus. God's grace is powerful and LOVE covers a multitude of sin. ❤️

As a previous weed head who loved smoking and did it every day and as a previous dealer, this is 100% truth. My spirit and my mind cleared up the moment I stopped smoking. Jesus is enough. The brain fog, the increased depression and anxiety that comes with it (also scientifically proven) all went away.. It was a hard thing to give up, but no regrets

For a pastor to go "thank God it's not my church" is just gold .. "come as you are, but don't .. actually."

I'm 58, gave my life to Jesus in '84, and have been using cannabis for chronic pain for 11 years. During those 11 years I've worshiped, studied the scriptures, prayed every day, and have grown in love towards my family and those around me. I use it as a tool,not as a crutch, and I'm a better person because of it. I thank the Lord for helping make a 180 on how I've always viewed cannabis. There's always another view to consider. Just because I smoke weed doesn't mean I don't know Jesus. I use it for my back pain and go to Jesus first for everything. Thank you Lord.

Unfortunately certain pastors like this have an absurd level of arrogance that turns people off and will deter them from ever going to a church

I used to smoke like a chimney, all day weed and coffee. But the Holy Spirit has been widdling my habits down exponentially these last few years.

As a recently retired man with arthritis in my spine and knees from working hard for 45 years getting high is a great relief. As a victim of childhood sexual abuse and neglect. Mom was drunk months at a time growing up it gives a comfort that's not default for me. I had a tremendous spiritual experience shortly after asking Jesus into my heart 33 years ago when I turned to him as I was gonna give AA a 100% effort. Alcohol is a thousand times more dangerous IMO and should be banned before a plant God provided.

I smoked weed for 40 years had medical card and what I found through prayer n meditation is that my body is a temple made in the image of GOD all mighty and it’s important I watch what I put into it and what comes out of my mouth n actions so I don’t smoke anymore coming up on a year and I’m so blessed and I love being happy without weed or anything holy spirit happiness ❤️🙏❤️N my lungs thank me also been 6 years since no cigarettes GOD is GREAT 🙏❤️🙏GOD is LOVE ❤️🙏❤️

My thoughts plague me with worry, anxiety, depression, and anger. I smoke a little tiny drag every now and then and every time my mind goes to God.

For everyone struggling to stop smoking, you got this! God does not love you any less. Don’t be so hard on yourself just keep on trying! I just got close to God recently so i know that i am a work in progress. I will one day ill stop smoking as well. But until then I am going to continue to know God.

I love how every pastor talks about pharmacia and the fact that majority of church people are on medications for their mental health. This guy is intense because he is self absorbed

I smoked for 14 yrs . I’m 4 months sober now. I use to think I could smoke and still be close to God but when I tell u there is a big difference now . I didnt know Jesus like I thought I did. Now that I’m sober it’s completely different. My dreams are different, I read the Bible now , and I pray way more. I know I’m closer to Jesus now . I feel it, I hear it , I see it. And when ur high it blocks u from that. I made so many excuses when I was high . But I see now. and I’m so grateful that God pulled me out of that . That makes me feel like he truly loves me because he wants me to be closer to him. thank you Jesus !

This really hits me hard. One of the few reasons I don’t go to church is because I smoke weed. In my heart I know I should be involved.

If the church feels like it should tell people whether or not to smoke weed, it’s missing the point.

I've smoked for over 30 years. I've known Jesus my whole life. If He has a problem with it,, then He'll speak to my heart about it. He knows the excruciating pain I'm in and understands. I sure wouldn't look down on anyone for it either, because that's not our job!

My last joint was on Christmas Eve 2010, because after i surrendered my will, life, & heart to Jesus, it didnt feel right. The Lord showed me in The Word that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit cant reside in a smoking temple.

I used to smoke weed and like most men use the excuses of back pain. I decided not to smoke it anymore and i don't have back pain anymore... I realized we just make excuses for what we love. I love Jesus Christ.. 👍

I experienced a nasty dependence and addiction (they're different) to Klonopin after being given it for 28 years. I couldn't take it anymore so I was weaned off of it. I experienced anxiety rebound and panic attacks, not to mention I have PTSD. I use pot to calm my anxiety. I do trust the Lord for all things, and I think He'd rather me take a few puffs off a pipe than popping pills and running out and going through severe withdrawal until I got another one. My life is orderly now, where it was chaos before.

I smoked weed for 12 years every single day pretty much . And after i hit my lowest point he pulled me out of it and its been 2 going on 3 weeks without even really thinking about smoking. Everytime i would smoked and praise him with music in my vehicle i felt major conviction and i woke up one day and i just didnt even want to anymore . No more porn addiction , no more lustful thoughts no more weed . God is good and dont let the devil fool you .

I have osteoarthritis. I've had it for over 10 years now and it keeps getting worse. It has negativitly impacted every area of my life. Job, church, hobbies. Even walking to the bathroom. And yes I have prayed, prayed and prayed some more. But no healing. I've been prayed over and for by numerous pastors and others. I had the faith but, Still no healing. But when I recently started smoking weed, It took away the pain. Im able to work and enjoy my life.

I understand that cannabis has the potential for abuse, but so do many daily activities such as eating food, taking medicine, and going on shopping sprees. The issue is more related to the culture that was generated as a result of its illegality and the lack of education on the proper way to use it without abusing it, especially for those who can benefit from it. We must question how much of our judgment is truly rooted in fact and how much was just drilled into our heads through the "just say no" propaganda from the 1980s

I smoke cannabis every day for pain and am high when I pray and read scripture. I’m saved and there’s nothing anyone can say to change that. I got saved and am a very different person, unfortunately I am still disabled and Yeshua Hamashiach told us to use the herbs and wine to ease our pain etc. I’M A PROUD CANNABIS CONSUMING CHRISTIAN, AND THERES MANY MORE OF US!

I lived a fast life... I truly tried to minimize my love of self and the world until one day when I was younger like 13 or 14 and saved at 7... I was in church thinking about how if I lived the way Jesus wanted me to live I wouldn't have any fun.. so I pretty much said to God that I wanted to go out there (the secular world 🌎) and dabble or have fun.. and I would ask for forgiveness and come back later.. BIG MISTAKE.. I smoked cigarettes 🚬 weed did mushrooms 🍄 slept around got my heart broken 💔 ended up in multiple car wrecks got stabbed and got married in the middle of this crap... my ways didn't change for long and I was using meth in my late 20s to lat 30s cheated on my wife got into multiple fights and The prayers of friends and family are the reason God saved me... I have been in jail multiple times and what's crazy is I never stopped praying 🙏 and talking to God... I don't know what gave me the right to always pray when I was living in such filth... my best friend shot himself on my birthday while I was in jail for carrying a legal gun without a permit.. and then I got caught twice more for the same reason.. I knew what I was doing was kife threatening so I ALWAYS carried my pistol... and then I got in huge trouble and ended up getting a 110 month sentence multiple felonies and got out used for a while and then my best friend who I connected with like no other person EVER was shot and killed by police officers a half hour after they let me out of jail for a violation.. God stopped me from going to visit that friend that day.. he asked me right when I was released to visit and I got this overwhelming feeling of DREAD and fear 😨 so I told Jeff I would see him after 🎄 ✝️ and it happened right when I sat down on my couch 🛋 I felt him die in the pit of my stomach 💔 😢 I Never used meth again 💔.. it took my friends life and everything was crazy so I prayed.. Jesus kept me from going to prison for 110 months and I got 10 years of probation 🙌 I have been sober for almost 6 years now 😊I don't know why he saved me and not ANY of my friends.. but I love him so much 😢 and I still don't know sometimes that I am truly saved these thoughts creep in my heart that I am not really a Christian and I'm not going to heaven it is my worst fear that I am going to die and be turned away from Jesus but I know that is satan trying to rob me of peace and I reject him in Jesus name 🙏 plz pray for me that I will be there for my son and daughter and wife.. that I will KNOW that I am God's and I will know him on the most personal level ever... I am in his debt... 😢don't know why he kept me from death.. but I sure am grateful

I used to compromise about smoking weed. I used to say it says in the Bible “every tree bearing seed I put for you”. I didn’t smoke that much either. Until I told Jesus, if you don’t want me to smoke anymore, then take it away from me. He did!! I got down to 1 time a day and I read Romans 7 . On the third day I was done. Over the next few days I felt He next leveled me! I can hear Him talk to me more better now. The devil will perverse anything that’s not of God, The devil will use it as an open door to make you have intrusive thoughts. Just ask Jesus to come into your heart, He’ll do the rest. That sounds very judgmental. No way I would go to that church. We are all filthy sinners and when Father God looks at us all he sees iis the blood of Christ. Even the pastor thinks he is holy.

As I was turning away from weed and the world and turning to Christ I gave in to peer pressure one last time smoked weed with some "friends". During that moment the evil spiritual realm got exposed to me as someone in that room responded to a thought I had and then I was spiritually threatened and intimidated for about 30 minutes. I saw how getting high makes you vulnerable to demonic oppression. Praise God he enabled me to tell those "friends" I was leaving that lifestyle and turning to Christ! Jesus has saved me and transformed my life! I pray the same occurs for those I had smoked with. God is good!

I will never forget a guy I befriended at church who had a serious debilitating life of pain. He had sideffect problems with the opiods the doctors gave him -they tend to steal your mind- so he'd gotten his life back w thc, he could now visit with family and grandkids, then our 400+lb morbidly obese pastor guilted him into "repenting" of this "sin", I didn't see him again. I broke a couple ribs gocart racing and still had to work. I would come home in pain, a couple hits and pain went from an 8 to a 2 in ten minutes. As a Christian culture most of us still have our head stuck in the mis information that originated in the 30's. God is not good with misuse of any medicine rx or thc or pastors beating people over their head with bible/guilt. I have yet to see any real move from the church at large to find any real answers to the problem no one really wants to talk about -porn. Lot's more ancdotal stories where that came from.

God's Love Is Transformative Not Weed. I Need Jesus Christ. There's No High Like The Most High

Last time i went to church, the preacher saidgo to a doctor for pills instead of ask God for help. Just one reason i keep my relationship with God personal.

God must not disapprove too much. I was diagnosed with lung cancer in October, and it was bad. I take a teaspoon of cannabis oil every day, sometimes twice a day, more if I need it. I was in for scans last week and my body seems to be fighting this off. Now I'm not saying it will cure cancer. I'm saying it's the only thing I've done to treat this- and I haven't been sick, I haven't been scared, I've kept my hair, and I have a healthy appetite, and I'm clear enough to pray and thank God. Do with that info what you will. It's medicine. That's all. And I think God gave it to us for a reason. I personally am thankful.

I lost my faith and recently returned because of a injury from a demon, I screamed to Jesus to help me, to prove my faith I said to him I will quit the green, I through it in the fire and a loud roar from the demon came from the fire, minutes later an angel appeared above me, I was almost better then the demon entered my dreams and hurt me physically again, I know I have to continue my faith and my healing will take time but I know Jesus Christ is with me

Sometimes when I smoke I like to get DEEP into the word. And I also don't get stoned to the point that it truly alters my mind and thinking, im still of aound and sober mind. It takes the edge off of my pain, keeps me focused and keeps me from the bottle. Cannabis doesn't take any time from the lord in my life and in fact I try harder to fit a bit of Bible study in my schedule when I smoke. Those vices that take away from the lord are the sin. Heck, allowing yiur career to take away from your time with the lord is a sin. So how about we pull the branch from our own eye before we worry about the sliver in someone else's. We are all sinners and we all sin in different ways.

I'm officially 1 year sober from Alcohol, Cigarettes, Drugs. I was in bondage for 24 years. Jesus the son of God Delivered me from bondage.

I use to be an alcoholic and binge eater. This incredibly unhealthy lifestyle caused me to develop severe anxiety and debilitating panic attacks. I have a family history of dependence on anti anxiety medication, so going the pharmaceutical route was not an option for me. Cannabis has helped me kick alcohol and get my life back. Cannabis (in moderation), IS medicine, make no mistake, however just like with anything else, it can be abused. In my opinion, the government's ridiculous Class 1 narcotics classification and the stoner culture, are what has corrupted the viewpoint for so many people. Cannabis is 10 times safer than alcohol, yet most people, (including Christians), would agree that alcohol in moderation is completely fine, but Cannabis in moderation is all of a sudden a sin and cuts you off from Yahweh? It's up to everyone to use their spiritual discernment to see what is and is not right for them and what's right for their walk with The Lord.

It's funny how a pastor would sooner judge those that sin rather than humbly refuse or have a conversation with those people on a level of understanding

Smoking cannabis makes me appreciate life and all of its wonders, enjoying spending time with family, enjoying nature with all of Gods creations, makes me a patient man, makes me a better spouse and human being…to say someone doesn’t know God makes you a snake oil salesman and makes me feel you don’t know Jesus yourself.

I’ve been delivered from smoking weed. I didn’t have a reason why I smoked other than it relieved me after a long day of work. I had the desire to stop but it was hard. I stopped 4 times each relapse was 3-6 months apart. But one time I noticed I kept getting sick and I only get sick once a year, my memory was bad, my thoughts were gruesome about family members and it really took a toll over my mental health. Laziness was also a thing. Every once in a while I do get tempted but I remember what God has brought me out of and I’m more productive and replaced smoking with doing physical activities.

I have had chronic pain since botched spinal surgery in 1994, and ear infections since 1995. I don't need weed to address my pain. Jesus Christ takes care of my needs.

Pastors like this are 💯 the issue with the church today. And why it’s bleeding members worldwide.

42 years ago I accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior and was Born again, March 1980. I smoked a little pot then and never got the oh you should not do that from our Lord. Now, today after several years of having to take morphine drugs in order to not hurt, I decided to use medical pot. It works better than the synthetic stuff on chronic pain, by far. And is probably better for you than some of their psychotic drugs being used for depression or anxiety. Anything can be used improperly, and as far as recreational, it sure is better for society than alcohol.

Smoking weed helps with my mental illnesses. I don’t believe in medication they try to feed me because it makes everything worse. I don’t smoke everyday but sometimes it’s nice to slow my mind down and give me a break, it’s nice. I hardly ever smoke more than twice every other day. I’m not addicted to it I can drop it instantly if I wanted to but it helps. I grew up in church, I have been saved, and I am currently diving back into the Bible. What made me come back to the Bible is weed. I had smoked one night and me and my twin were talking about it (he isn’t a Christian). I got to thinking and yes I was a little high; I got a Bible I started looking into it again and I have excepted Jesus as my savior and god as my father. You say it’s bad but I just don’t believe it, I suffer from depression, anxiety, and I have been showing signs that lead to being bipolar (still going to therapy to check it out). It helps me concentrate and focus. I came from a video that talked about how it was bad because it withdraws you from others. But your wrong. Half the time I don’t believe y’all understand or know what y’all talking about sometimes. That’s just my personal experience.

Drinking wine is more bad for you than weed. Wine is also used for "medicine" that's not witchcraft. God also said, “Look, I have given you every seed-bearing plant on the surface of the entire earth and every tree whose fruit contains seed. I’ve been an avid smoker for 15 years or so. Quit last year cold turkey and it was painful; ended up coming down with PAWS. Through the grace and mercy of the Lord, I bounced back and I feel better than ever. We’re called to stay sober minded because the enemy stays lurking bro. When you’re high, you’re in an altered state of mind. I was always able to function; as a matter of fact, I was hyper focused. I built my whole career being high. In hindsight, looking back on everything; I was always in a state of mind that was compromised. Everything hits different when you’re baked, idc what your reasoning for using marijuana is. You are literally in a compromise state of mind and it makes it easier for the devil to slip in. Shoutout my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for setting your boy free from weed 🙏🏼

I believe that no matter what path in life you choose as long as you moderate it and make sure that you put God first that’s all that matters is the true love and the practice of furthering your relationship with Him.

He has twisted so much. It’s all about love and he scoffs and makes jokes about it. A lot of other things too like saying you shouldn’t talk about Jesus. I would hope a drug dealing thief is able to talk about Jesus because it would eventually lead him to the truth and save him. No man should silence another man talking about Jesus. You Instead think your better because you’re a pastor. Then you say Jesus please don’t bring him to your church. I’m sorry folks but this guy isn’t a good example. I love him but he sets terrible standards and morals. Just follow Jesus Christ. Listen to him only. Just read the Bible and allow Jesus’s words to be your standard.🕊❤️🙏✝️

Was addicted to mj for some time. It made me feel great but overtime it was noticeable how I became scattered brained and forgetful. I hated it but felt trapped, that I needed that fix all day. Towards the end, instead of that high joy, I began experiencing how vain everything was. That "happiness" was only fake. When I reached that low point, I began reaching up for Jesus. Trusting Him to save me and, no lie, He set me free from addiction to mj, alcohol, and porn. My life now has hope as life now has meaning.

The “pharmakeia” (sp?) argument is honestly pretty weak. First, in the one-note interpretation of that term for witchcraft, is he saying that everything pharmaceutical is witchcraft? Bold claim if so, and he’s fighting uphill against a great deal of theology there. Next, was that particular term referring to cannabis specifically in verses in which it was used? Spoiler: not known. Further, the notion that the Holy Spirit directing him away from something is a sufficient condition for it’s innate lack of goodness is not convincing. If the Holy Spirit convicted me towards an abuse of caffeine, does that really necessitate a full-throated claim of the implicit evil of caffeine? There is an opportunity for some really nuanced and thoughtful discussion about the Christian and cannabis, and this content is really not that. This is more reminiscent of dunking on straw men and stoner tropes than it is a thoughtful dialogue pursuing God's wisdom on a particular topic.

Ah, as a practicing Catholic and recovering Fundamentalist Christian, I have to stand up and say leave my weed alone! I'm nine years cancer free and still dealing with "phantom" nerve pain associated with surgery to remove the cancer from the left side of my throat. With marijuana, there's relief without the constipation and other side effects associated with opioid pain killers that the VA an other traditional healthcare providers standby.

Oh my goodness , I see why people have started to dislike church. This pastor was SO judgmental! He was so prideful in it too. Just because it’s a natural inclination doesn’t make it okay. You have no idea what those people were going through. He’s too comfortable, what happened to grace?

If God was truly in his heart, he wouldn't be yelling....

When I got saved years ago that’s one of the first things God took. It’s an idol . He is right . God is transformative . Period !

I have ptsd and thank God for herb. It's better that my anger. Many Christians judge me like it's bad. We I feel God loves me and forgive me. I think he understands I'm trying. I try quiting cigarettes but it's hard to becouse I can't have herb here. It's a sin to them but cigs are OK. It's legal and helps my ptsd. I've spent years worshiping and most thing I'm not worthy becouse I smoke. Most don't know all my pain and problems. Thanks for your input.

Ive been smoking and drinking for 18 years of my adult life towards the end of my addiction i knew it was wromg to be usong everyday so i wemt to this christian church got baptized and ive been clean and sober 10 months still giung strong .. Thankyou GOD! With the lord anything is possible ..

Someone needs to read up on the religion he preaches. I'm guessing he has an obscene amount of money which tells me all I need to know.

You get a migraine or headache what do you do? Run for the “medicine cabinet” and pop a Tylenol or ibuprofen.. god forbid you use cannabis. You gotta go to the dentist for a clean or extraction what do they give you? Local or general anesthetics and pain killers.. Or do you turn down those meds too And go through the unbearable pain without anything? break an arm or be involved in an accident… and be given pain killers for pain do you take them? or just take the pain till you heal completely… can’t pick an choose what’s good and what’s bad.

Thank you Jesus for opening my spiritual eyes. I no longer want to pursue fabricated lies used by the devil to open my mind and chasing illusions. God has set me free and I stand firm in His reality! Amen.

Lord, I thank you for your love and forgiveness and for allowing me to know you, and for revealing to me the truth in your word. I pray that you continue your work renewing and transforming the spirit of this pastor. Please be near him in spirit when he reads your word so that he sees the true meaning as you intended, not relying on his own interpretation. I used to smoke every day for years until I was delivered from demonic oppression and stopped altogether after that but recently I’ve began feeling temptation especially today and I know the desire was not from God because I began to see signs and receive encouragement from non Godly sources, making it pretty obvious what was going on! I use to smoke like a train, i quit but honestly I don't see anything wrong with it. It being illegal would make it a sin. Far as ive suffered from depression an PTSD since childhood and I must say weed is the best antidepressant ive ever took. Pain management Dr's had me on more dope than a 4th stage cancer patient and it nearly killed me after 9 yrs. I battled 3 yrs to get off it all. I've been free of it 2 plus yrs. I smoke a little for my pain and relax my body. There's certainly a difference in getting stoned and nedicating. I understand the concern. You just can't put it all in one little compartment

As a history and archaeology geek I recently watched a vidieo about a excavation of an ancient Jewish temple in Israel. When the contents were excavated, they found the actual alter of the temple Which was an amazing discovery. However, when the archaeologists took samples from the alter to see what kinds of offerings ect were being burned they discovered traces of cannabis. So, if the ancient Israelites were closer to God and Jesus, which the certainty were, why did they use cannabis in their ceremonies? Man makes the rules to rule over fellow men ! The laws regarding cannabis are made by man. Not God !!

It isn't a sin to judge, in one of the gospels of the Bible (can't remember which) but God talk about how to judge someone and by what to judge them by he teaches us how to judge.

Over the years I have heard a lot of people say that “weed is natural” and therefore OK for them to smoke. Well, a rattlesnake bite is also natural, but definitely not good for you. I have known people who smoked weed and only had losses to show for it. Lost job, kicked out of school/failing grades and list goes on.

I was randomly reading the book Jubilees recently and theres a chapter where Noah (post flood) had divided up all the lands to his families men and after awhile one seeks him out about a demon named Mastema corrupting his land. Noah travels to this land and actually makes a deal with Mastema that he binds 90% of the demons with Mastema but in exchange for the secrets of medicine he lets 10% live and Mastema included and they go on corrupting land somewhere else. Found that really interesting.

amen. Respect to this pastor for not preaching just to tickle everybody's fancy but bringing what needs to be said and heard not every preacher should be about blessings but also to rebuke us so we get back in the path of righteousness

How can someone look like they don’t go to church ? Regardless of someone’s shortcomings nobody is excluded from his grace. Also Eavesdropping out of nosiness is being sneaky, which is dishonest (Proverbs 11:3) you have no authority to tell someone that don’t know or haven’t experienced Jesus or to stop talking about him and what he’s done for them humble yourself pastor.

It’s a struggle I have to quit, It honestly is a bad habit that I need to break. I don’t even like it anymore. I always feel guilty when I do it too and always ask for forgiveness.

How does this “pastor” know what kind of relationship that man had with God? Then to go on to tell him to stop spreading the word of Jesus to everyone!… wow!!! Thank God I will not be judged by this man and his “Church” Because after all he is just another flawed human judging other flawed humans. When a habit is loved and accepted by the world, its usually not a good habit

Well, after watching this I wondered why in The Bible - specifically Genesis chapter 1 verses 29-31 God says differently and actually states clearly that God gave every seed of the earth and that God saw that it was very good. Jesus said to hide His word in our hearts so we are not misled, for one reason. I have to go with what The word of God says on this one. Isn't that what we are commanded to do?
