Man I am going through a break up right now. I realized I've been way too needy. I put her on a pedestal all the time. I want to thank you for you video man, it literally opened my eyes. I've started recording youtube videos daily now, I've started focussing on my nutrition and workout plan. I've started meditating twice a day. Don't get me wrong it is hard as hell letting her go, but I am my own man. I am going to respect myself and go after my dreams.

honestly I’ve done this multiple times with my ex girlfriend, getting back together and splitting up, it just doesn’t work. For me I just found that she just lost more respect for me, and this goes for all guys, don’t get back with her; you’re only giving her a sense of power and in turn she will become spiteful and loose respect for you subconsciously.

That’s her fucking problem no ours, we let them come back to see if they changed. I’m all up for second chances but they gotta be earned with extreme work from her. If she walked out and than wants to get back make that fucker work. Be spiteful all you want and shit but at the end of they day you gave her real love and she hates herself and loses respect because she can’t face reality of letting a good guy go. Relationship be easier if people communicated and actually do the right things and put God first.

Dunno. I’m focusing on my goals and saving my money to make a fresh start somewhere else. My last relationship was short-term, so it’s on her, but I’m not expecting her to come back. I’m happy focusing on my goals and working out to build my muscles up. I’ve also recently picked up writing as a hobby and I’m gonna get back into playing bass again. Life’s too short. Doing your own thing is 1,000,000 times more valuable than any relationship.

I think you bring up a good social point. The fact is you don't really know how anyone feels about you tell shit hits the fan or whatever. I agree with stepping apart and focussing on yourself and using that motivation to strive for your goals, develop yourself and give space for things to naturally come to fruition. End of the day your life will go on regardless. Curiosity how long until you got back with your ex? Obviously time frame is subjective because everyone has their own individual things to work on which can vary.

As a man, breakup is not the problem. Yes, some might disagree, some might not. I get it. However, think about this, men's ultimate purpose that have yet to accomplish is the real game. Losing your partner who's dear to you does feels like a burden, but think about this for a moment...your purpose, your mission, your ultimate goals, have you achieve them or yet to achieve is the real thing and if you lose, that's the biggest burden. She will or will not come back that's none of our concern, but our purpose as a man is not something we shouldn't neglect.

I don’t take back but once it’s over and you both or just you want her back you need to give it time because things were bad, you can’t talk right then and there and now it’s not bad. The damage was done. Both can heal from it and take it in. If you have time away from it that increases likelihood of a positive and then go from there. But there’s no given guarantees.

Problem is she broke up with me with words that she needs to face her traumas from childhood, she wants to be able to depend on herself and nobody else. She still supposedly loves me and wants to have future with me, but needs some time. If she would simply just break up with me, I would accept it. I am trying to take it as a permanent thing, but my brain is still fighting this thought. Even tho I am trying to be busy 24/7.
