I’m a freelance graphic designer and I wanted to get into tech- idk if I want to do UX/UI or PM! I see myself with my own firm not only designing for businesses but taking on PM clients. Do you think that is something that’s possible? Or is it better to focus on one project at a time?
Instead of limiting your options as you start this journey, see what unfolds. Your clients may choose for you through their requests. That is how I expanded my consulting services….through the demands and needs of the client. Cheers!

Almost every industry out there involves projects of some kind and so those that look after them my not be referred to as project managers but that is exactly what they are doing, project managing.
