Low Bar Squat vs High Bar Squat, know the difference. A high bar squat is when the bar is positioned on the upper traps closer to the neck. What this does is it makes your torso more upright as you come down allowing your knees to move more forward which targets more of your quads. A low bar squat is when the bar is placed lower on your back across the top of your rear delts. This leads to more forward lean of the torso placing more emphasis on the posterior chain muscles.

I have long femur bone, because of that morphology, the low bar squat is better for me to apply ...

I have long femur as well albeit with a shorter torso. I found that with low bar I squat heavier weights but places more stress on the lower back. Doing high bar, however, makes me more upright thus putting all the target on the quads, which is a good thing. Makes me do ATG much better than low bar. Although I noticed that I'm much weaker on high bar instead of low bar since I still have lacking quads.

I alternate zerchers and back squats so should I do low bar squats to target more posterior muscles because zerchers really target a lot of wuads

Does it tho? Cuz a simple look to physic mechanics tells us that it would depend on the angle and weight variation as the lower bar setup also shortens the distance and lever arm making it easier on the joint (this time hip joint) at a given weight so it’s really more complex than just that

Imo if you're not specifically training for powerlifting or trying a pr lowbar isn't worth it. Yes you can lift more weight but it isn't worth the extra fatigue you get from it. And even the muscles that you use more to lift that higher weight don't get enough stymulation from the lowbar to actually grow them effectively. If you're below intermediate level you should avoid the lowbar entirely because it's a much harder and awkward movement from my experience so it isn't the greatest to hone in your squat technique. If you're a beginner I would start with frontsquats since you can't really do them wrong. If you mess up something during a front squat (for example you lean froward to much) the weight will just fall so it's a perfect tool to learn how to squat.

In my experience, low bar is a lot harder to do if you have poor upper body body flexibility. There’s a reason that most beginners high bar squat, it’s easier from a technical standpoint.

High bar squat likely. You can try both with minimal weight to check.

Would this mean that using high bar would allow for deadlifting in the dame week? I do low bar and my hamstrings stay sore so long I cant hit deadlifts on back day. Im going to try high bar and see if it takes stress off my hamstrings

Try it but you will not be as sore overtime so it may just be a experience issue

If you're using high bar squat, is it okay if we hinge a bit before going down or should our back be completely upright?

Depends on the lifter. So long as you keep your torso angle consistent on a high bar squat, you shouldn't injure your lower back. This is what I've been taught anyways, I would talk to a trainer, and maybe get a spotter to record your squat every now and then to ensure form
