Many Homeowners are replacing a shingle roof with solar panels. The solar panels need to be removed and reinstalled. Some of these roof top solar systems are older... Great question. Most companies it’s 10 or 12 yrs on product workmanship the physical parts of solar module , 25 yrs on power output which is degradation from sun light It’s a bit misleading because of the solar module has physical problems it’s going to produce less power … it’s why I recommend getting solar modules with a 25/25 warranty … This solar was installed by prior owner who passed away … no paperwork to make a claim … add to that homeowner would need to pay shipping , the solar modules are lit lower watts than new ones …along with other problems in end it’s not worth it … Thanks for watching !
