I really hate the fact that most of the m1 swing speed is practically tied into the ending part of the swing, instead of being balanced with the start and end or affecting the starting animation more. That’s why frame 1 m1s are so strong, since they’re all relatively fast on startup. I get that if m1 starting animations were slower, m1 combat would be near dead since it’s way more easier to react to. But the fast swing speeds alone mess up parry trades itself, a core (older) aspect of the game.
Agreed. The first time I picked up a spear, I was shocked that it had a 0.7x swing speed since I found them to be faster than swords when I fought them.
u really got good movement now, btw could you make a vid detailing how spamming F during fragile freeze or cryostasis or whatever changes your freeze time? I dont really understand it and dont know if its worth the risk of air parrying afterwards
Roblox straight up doesn't register Mouse Side buttons so its impossible to have ingame binds for them sadly. But mouse side buttons dont affect anything outside deepwoken so its not a big issue in my opinion
Depending on the mouse you can change the side buttons to something on your keyboard. Allowing you to bind them to stuff in roblox. I have [ and ] as my side button inputs. Allowing me to use my side buttons to parry and stuff.
The reason why dagger is hard to react with this, is beacause it is faster then HUMAN reaction time. Making daggers way too powerful, and should be gutted.
@@fundhz clearly not, why does it do close to half a bar per M1 for something that is faster then human reaction time. Also why does the tanto have the range of a rapier? Let's not talk about silent heart daggers that does lore then half a bar on a tank build per M1s.

Nevermind I see the issue, though it's not too difficult to mantra feint properly with hold to m1 on. It just takes breaking the habit of feinting that way.
@@duality633 Having an external program give you inhuman inputs is quite literally cheating. In any real game macros are banned and in a few Roblox games I've played at the "comp" level, macros are considered cheating and give an unfair advantage 🤷
any tips on parry discipline? by this i mean parrying when the opponent isn't even throwing out an attack. i do this a fair amount and i've tried to get out of the habit.
most people kinda learn this just as the play the game, for most people i think this issue just kinda goes away with time. but if you really want to focus on this then just try slowing down your reaction speed and parrying as late as possible. this way you only parry when you absolutely must parry, which is what you want to do anyway
ive fought maestro for the first time and he actually really teaches you to parry on reaction, instead of prediction i recommend practicing fighting him without any cheese, cause youll start to get it pretty quick

Do you have any tips with dealing with unknown moves and unknown parry windows. I came back to the game after not playing for a while and there’s a lot of new mantras with parry windows I just don’t know on first fight.
@@ivomiguel1537 tbh i dont know what doesnt get their "max potential" without silentheart... they are just too tanky and hit too hard, oathless used to be that, but you could still use mantras, the tradeoff from having return to ark ages and mantras sounds more fair to me
@@endermaster9546 you didnt understand, the potential i was talking abt is how to use hold m1 effectively, silenthearts dont need to mantra feint because they dont have mantras, and hold m1 is pretty janky when you try to mantra feint possibly causing you to miss a mantra feint and fucking you over, while with silentheart is has 0 downsides
No he did not, He's bad and hes terrible and I hate him. He's only good at being rode on like a horse on bed. (we have a very complicated romantic lifestyle)
