There's another interaction that falls off due to ping compensation, just today I tested it out and ping compensation pretty much completely disables successive predict even if your ping is only at 70

2:09 I think with the spear crit, you use the crit and the actual hit comes out delayed, but since you landed the crit, it starts up the second part. Then while the second part already started, the parry from the first one finally sets in, but the spear crit already started its second hit and just doesn’t cancel

i think its funny that all the people who dont like ping compensations are clearly ppl who never played on above 100 ping 💀

As a middle eastern this makes it lowkey a bit easier to play but as I have a lot of playtime in high ping (140~) I got used to it and ping comp helps parry a lot actually

as someone that plays with 160 minimum ms i don't use it, if your ms varies in the fight the delay gets higher or lower , so it messes with your parry trade if your in one...

I have ping comp turned off by default, but as soon as I see those weird interactions, I run and turn it on to even get a fair fight

Can you do a video on how to combo extend of radiant kick, or how to master that move. Its hard for me to get an m1 after that move, I usually just use it as cheap damage.

fighting against spear users (or just high range weapons) with high ping and when you are both using ping compensation is nearly impossible because almost no matter what you will get hit by their spear as you are hitting them, they can just spam m1 and if you try anything sure you will hit them but you get hit as you are hitting them and its just so cancer. Also with high ping, it seems as though your hitbox lags behind on the server, so you might have jumped completely out of range of a move, but because you have high ping, it will still count as a hit because on the enemy's screen they hit you, and because of ping compensation this hit is further delayed on your screen, which is an incredibly unfun interaction. There are so many issues and bugs with pvp they need to fix them playing with ping compensation on helps with parrying and reaction for high ping players but its like selling your soul to the devil because you are just gambling every fight with all these bugs and shit, i really hope they fix all that

Ping comp should be removed in pvp. The devs should actually focus on fixing performance/server issues, which are the causes behind the ping, instead of adding 50 3 star shadow mantras and generic legendary weps
