HOLY SHIT immediate relief?! I’ve dealt w this clicking and slight pain for years whenever I overwork my shoulders (which is a lot since I use a wheelchair at home) 😭 first helpful video I’ve found.
I tried this movement and I’m actually able to overhead press my arm (no weight) with no pain. It’s slightly there but doesn’t stop me from lifting. Thank you. It’s a start for sure 🙌🏽🙌🏽
U are perfectly right. I had that problem sadly a hospital at my near by didn't helped me even to tell me my problem I moved to a local old man just a day ago. He finally fixed me. It was so painfully. This old man is so a noble person for the community in my locality. I wish u visit him.
His video of the 5 best exercises to fix shoulder impingement, actually started working for me in a few days! I haven’t fixed my shit totally yet, but I’m trending in that direction and quickly!
UPDATE: Focusing on my posture, i.e., the position of my scapular's, has made me pain-free for at least a month. The tears should never heal because they're cartilage, but removing the impingement and stabilizing the shoulder, eliminates the pain.
@@Hugo97HD I didn’t pay for any program. I just watched the video. He deserves some sort of compensation, though. When I get richer, I’ll send him a check I guess. 😀
This literally just saved me so much pain. I was in 9/10 for days and did this and it popped back to where it was all supposed to be. Now there is residual soreness but nothing like it was yesterday. No stiffness or range of motion limitations. So incredibly thankful.
Love these. So much info. I had rotator cuff surgery ( wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy) as I tore my supraspinatus tendon- if I had known some of these techniques I might have saved myself the injury ..
Can you show how to adjust the scapula? You had a video before which showed the adjustment but it wasn’t clear. Also please try to show the adjustment in 2 different views both from the back and the front so that it’s more clear. Thanks
incredible explaination. Im just recovering from a shoulder injury. about 4 or 5 weeks in. Faint pain no longer. Im upwardly rotating daily. However Ive begun bicycling again cause it feels okay but too much cycling i feel a light bit of pain again. I really want to come out strong and continue skateboarding like before :)
Yeah but if you're a construction worker an ironworker an electrician a pipefitter so on and so forth and you're out in the field and you're trying to do your job it's kind of hard to concentrate on making these movements happen when you're trying to get the job done
It's a perfect video for people who don't have it but want to avoid it. He clearly explained how it occurs because of the top rotator cuff muscle rubbing against that bone. And explained how to rotate the bone out so the muscle can move freely without rubbing. Try yourself. Move your arm up and down, but pinch your shoulder blades together and lower your shoulders. It moves that shoulder bone out of the way so the rotate cuff can move without friction. Definitely a useful video for him to see the mechanics so visually
I woke up with this on the day of my amateur boxing elite championship finals, it cost me winning the title. I don’t wish this on anyone Glad to see there are solutions out there. Btw your content is amazing, please keep sharing 👊🏾
I installed ceiling tiles in a hospital for 10 years off and on, I retired in 2016. Before I left, I could not lift my right arm above my shoulder, I had an MRI and was told I had no cartilage left, here is 2024 and I still can't raise my right arm over my head. The doctor that looked at my MRI said that I need a complete shoulder replacement. Damn I'm 72 years old and a coward when it comes to surgery, just wondering if I can build it back up with cartilage supplements.
😅 thank you so much this just started happening to me over the past month or two and I didn’t know what was wrong. I had never had this issue before and I just tried it right now, and instantly was able to lift my arm again.

😆 sorry didn't see that coming. I think I got mine from lying on it or martial arts but man. Thinking of a support pillow. I'm 5 stone 5 at times and have to bulk which is probably why my shoulder hates me.
This!!! It also felt like it radiated halfway down my bicep at one point too - I knew it wasn’t a tear but doing push-ups was almost unbearable - lots of rest and stretches and I’m getting there I think
I knew this was bc I tend to tense my shoulder up when I’m nervous (also bad habits from carrying handbags etc) I’ve been trying to keep my neck straight when bending, and shoulders relaxed when stationary but not while rotating.
