I think the video is very good and you are very personable. I was told, for example: start with 25J / cm and increase by 2J / cm with each session. How do you do it for the first and then the next sessions? LG
@@femmeduquartierpls let me know if you get any results from using this device as I could not feel any sensation myself have had my shr sessions in past and it heats up where there is thick hair or pigmentation. Wth this machine performance seems very poor
@@rarecoral212 having done multiple sessions (in non OPT mode) I can confirm that the hair does fall out. If you zap multiple times same location like 5-10 times it will hurt unless the frozen mode is enabled in which case you'll still feel nothing. However, I'm still in testing mode as far as effectiveness goes.

Hallo Ludwina. Sie sollten die SHR auf einem Energieniveau um 25 starten und Sie können sie auf ungefähr 35 drehen. Der Puls sollte auf 6 und die Frequenz auf 4 eingestellt sein. Dies ist für Menschen mit heller Haut. Bleib gut. Liebe Natalie
