Thank you for this! I've lost 77 lbs walking 3 miles a day, intermittent fasting and total diet overhaul. I lost it so fast, I now have lots of loose skin. I need a good workout to tone and tighten avoiding knee and back pain. I've had two spinal surgeries due to herniated disk with pinched nerve and have arthrities in my knees and left elbow. 🤦🏾♀️ I just turned 48 and got sick and tired of being chunky. I've subscribed and will comb through your videos for moves I can use. If really like an athletic build like I used to have when i ran track and played basketball many moons ago. If you would post videos for alternative exercises to reach my goal is greatly appreciate it. Thanks again for helping us. I'm not giving up. I'm on it faithfully everyday. 💪🏾

just do what feels good to you. Are you still sore the next leg day? decrease the sets or, time under tension or weight etc. dont feel sore? do the opposite. As he said at the end of the video: DONT over-complicate it. Goodluck!

Most basic video I’ve ever seen. Explains nothing, first of all to have shredded legs you have to lose body fat percentage which is probably around 10 you’ll start seeing shredded legs, lots of reps and min rest will help you get there faster too.
