So… I’ve been cooking shrimp a long time - like since when u were a little boy and I followed your example. Guess what? They were perfect and I’ve been wrong for 50 years!
Somebody admitting they've been wrong about something they've been doing for so long?!?! Never thought I'd learn something from the video and the comment section 👌🏼
Bro I’ve never had crawfish before but this man has me wanting to try it soooo badly, what’s better too is how much he legitimately cares about staying active with his community and trying to give back to his community in these videos, respect brotha you da man!!
A cajun crawfish boil is straight heaven. Growing up, there'd be three or four boils in my little hometown each year. The adult men and little kids would go out the day before or early morning and catch two or three big ice chests full and come back for a 20 or thirty person party. The Holiday family up the hill would do up the best boils.
I sure hope you get to eat some of the deliciousness of a Crawfish Boil. Yesterday I was blessed to attend a charity event called Crawfish With a Cause in Mandeville, La. Awesome food with all the trimmings of a local boil. Crawfish, sausage, cocktail smokies, ears of corn, Brussels Sprouts, potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, and a few Shrimp. If anyone went home hungry, something was wrong. So many vendor boilers and the contest was on. I didn't find out who won, guess I was still eating when it was announced. Community residents who have needs will be blessed with money donated by hungry and grateful crowds. It all took place at the beautiful Pontchartrain Lakefront. The weather was perfect, we were allowed to set up canopies for our families and kids of all ages were allowed to step into the sandy beach areas and the beautiful lake. It's a yearly event and so welcomed.
Word of advice. Don't EVER call your wife a Fauyk . or anyone bigger than you for that matter . ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lj_M7LGOXHI.html
I don't think I've ever had any Cajun foods but after trying your Two Step seasoning I definitely want to try it now! Used it to season some chicken thighs and it's amazing how flavor packed it is, I get why you use it on everything, it's a game changer.
You the man and always inspirational I love everything you do ✌️💪💪 keep it up stalekraka your the true definition of a family man and I respect you brother 💪 i won't stop watching cause you always come with the truth! And to be honest...your two step is beyond words it really is great on anything you put it on 😎 it makes steak house food better 👍
Been following a couple weeks now- popped up on a suggested by YT. Love it! I'm an OH boy so we can't really get Cajun Crawdaddys in these parts. Used to catch em in the crik when I was a kid back in the 60s. Frog legs and shrimp were my dad's favorite, they're mine and my son's as well. Always had the cook time down, but never heard of this method until I saw you on Malcom Reeds podcast. Dude dats money!! LOL! What a game changer! Thanks for sharing this - genuinely love the content. Even at 60+ I believe as long as you're green you'll grow, but as soon as you think you're ripe you're gonna rot. God Bless!
man i remember watching this guy on facebook now its one of my favorite youtube channels this guys just has an amazing personality and i love his attitude,ITS MONEY DUDE!!!!!
Straight Knowledge Bomb. I’ve been watching guys cook crawfish and shrimp for Years and it’s always Crazy Long. Thanks for the heads up. We gon be eatin faster next time. “Peelability”
Just went to Walmart and learned them on Cajun Two Step. $4.76 not bad w no shipping fees anymore. Taste like seasoning salt, dry rub, then has a spicy zing at the end. I think im gonna rub my ribs down in the two step tomorrow. I can see how this would taste great on seafood and grilled veggies too.
Just wanted to say that your Cajun Two Step is indeed money dude!!! I actually went into my local Wal-Mart here in Southwest New Mexico and was surprised to see it in the seasoning aisle!! Bought several to use and share with my friends and family!!! Keep making your vids and we'll keep on enjoying them dude!!!
There's a place called Crafty Crab, it's a national chain that does boils. Best place to start. You can get crab (king and snow), crawfish, mussels (green and black), shrimp (headless or head on), clams, and sometimes they do specials like octopus. I highly recommend it.
The other day u ran like superman into the Walmart like nothing, u must do marathons i cant get that outta my head from the pig roast video...this boil looks delicious Stalecracker!
As kid, I remember watching Justin Wilson. I can tell that you listened well to the advice that he gave you. Much love from NC. I still haven’t tried your shrimp method, but it’s definitely coming. Got to 2 step myself to WM to get me some of that SK original as well. Have a wonderful and blessed day Stale🤙🤙
Love the cooking videos and great vibe of energy you bring man never tried cooking this beautiful food but I'm interested into it know but great videos and awesome food
Hey my dude I jus got ur two step from Walmart here in Michigan up north of the Mackinac bridge I love it dude it’s my favorites on er thing i put that on Many crackers duuude
Are crayfish available yr rnd? Thought only months with R. ????? Cause I just got money and equipment to do it right but season I was told was closed freshfor
It taste like normal seasoning salt as soon as it hits your tongue then it gets a spicy kick and a tangy taste at the end. Deff using it on my ribs and corn on the cob. I can truly say nothing on the market like it.
So entertaining to watch I so wanna try a crawfish boil sometime. Next trip down to the states I’m making a stop for sure. Anyone recommend an amazing spot ?
The best thing to do is look for small family owned places, they tend to have the best food. Big corporate establishments are always lacking something.
That Cajun 2 Step ain’t at Walmart! Went in there highly looking forward to it to only be disappointed. They never even heard of it. Edit 5/22 - The Walmart that’s right by me that didn’t even know of this stuff ordered it and now has it in stock and not just the original but the fire as well. Grabbed the last original they had and one of the fire version. The guy who I spoke to before asking if they had it and didn’t know about the 2 Step said they just got both in and that the Original sold out instantly. Now Thats Money Dude!
Wow. Lucky. I’m in Texas so I figured it would be at one of the Walmarts close to me but no luck yet. I’ll find it at one of them. If I have to I’ll order it but that shipping cost has been keeping from doing so thus far.
