Shrimp Lo Mein, quick easy & absolutely delicious! 

This Chinese recipe of Shrimp Lo Mein is full of flavor, healthy and so easy to put together. I can guarantee you will be coming back for more!
Ingredients
1 1b Chow Mein or Fresh Egg Noodles
1-2 pounds Shrimp
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic & ginger powder
1 tsp all purpourse or Seafood seasoning
1 large Carrot (Julienne)
1/2 Bell Pepper (each) (Red & Green)
4 oz Snow Peas
6 oz bok choy or pak Choi
1/2 Red Onion
1 tsp mince garlic and ginger (for Saute)
Green Onion for garnish
(Delicious Lo Mein Sauce)
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
