Let's go over some new drills for improving your forehand. On this drill, you'll toss the ball palm-up and let it bounce two or three times before taking your hit. This will help you to learn to better move with the ball.
Make your first hit a Down The Line shot, the next one will be a Pinch shot and the third one is a Cross Court shot. Repeat these three shots from different spots on the court.
