Hello all your exercises are helpful well explained. I have si joint dysfunction where the left sacrum is lower than right , so I was wondering why we should exercise both sides since my X-ray clearly shows left side lower . Just asking ,
So basically you need to exercise from both the sides as sacrum is a single bone so it requires traction from both the sides to come into its proper alignment..

Hlo Dr. I have already mailed you regarding my back pain. I saw all your videos bt I can't understand what exercises are suitable for my lower back pain. Actually near about 30 days ago while doing weight training my lower back got injured and when I sat then pain goes from lower right back to right hip(from right side of lower back to right hip not below right hip) . If you say I will show you my x ray also. Bt xray has nothing to worry Dr. Said to me. There was a swelling also bt not now. I gave heat to it. Pain is less than before bt there is miner pain in lower back pain. Kindly suggest me suitable treatment and exercise. Can I do this exercise? For how long time? And should I stop weight training or not?

@@KDPhysiothanks for reply I have done many excercises told by PT but this 1 year was worst in my life. More or less these were all intended to strengthen the sacro joint muscules and ligaments. But ni result till date. I will do urs exercises now hoping this can again retract me to a healthy running person as i was. I am a 36 years male and was able to run 8 km at a stretch. But a twisting moment with a just 15 kg bag made me like this because my back was not healthy because od my weak glutes because of long sitting hours in office
