At 10:32, the %I0.1 Stop input is shown as a NO. That input should be a NC, or else you will have to push both the Start and the Stop to get it to run.

If you have Siemens Edition license, then you do not need hardware.

sir in case of small boxes is there any other sensor to detect the small box for sorting big boxes please help me why pusher plat doesnt operate in case of small boxes ?

The smaller box just did not get detected by the sensor and hence passed by!

It can be configured with all the PLC that supports Modbus TCP/IP or OPCUA

Yes you have to use Real PLC if you want to program it using ladder. If you are only interested in FBD then you can do with an inbuilt software - CONTROL IO, included in this software. Are you interested in buying student license?

That's strange, i am myself using Windows 8.1 Pro with TIA. I never get such error. Kindly google it, may be you get some info.

what will happen when we using positive edge???

As per the logic if you use positive edge the pusher will be activated way before the box reaches infront of chute conveyor. So the box may not go in the chute conveyor. But if you really want to use Rising edge then you have to make delay in actuation of pusher. Or you can position the sensor just infront of the pusher.
