They seriously need to make the sequel to this game, I've had platinum for what feels like forever now and still play this game to this day, its just so good.
Zanny, the level is called The Crazy 87, it's a Kill Bill reference, not Bruce Lee. That's why everyone had big knives at the start, they had katanas in the movie.
There is a training mode to learn how to fight against the mini bosses. Also the forward forward X does an attack that also dodges high attacks. You can pretty much crotch punch the kicking ladies when they start attacking and it's pretty funny.
Not mid, just high. The mid attacks can be only spot dodged/avoided or blocked. P.S. The snap kick can dodge low attacks like sweeps, I always do that. It's fun, we promote the fun.
Do you have any advice for time attacks? Especially on the 2nd layer of arenas. I’ve tried parrying/dodging them and throwing them off the square, as well as just straight up beating them and I still can’t get over one or 2 stars. I’ve 3 starred all of the age and score ones but I’m stumped on time capture and time attacks
@@justjay7093Yeah, they're pretty tricky. I don't remember if I've 3 starred them, so I think you're better off watching speedrunners do them. You'll learn more from them than from me.
@@justjay7093 palm strike, crouched palm strike, toss enemy's away from the zone and then stay on the line, use yourself as a wall and if they try to pass around you anyway throw them back out. If there is big chungus then flawing claw and palm strike, if palm strike is used backwards then it'll become a straight kick, the kick ignores most of the hyper armor. Hope this helps
@@Yacob-Yatze got it thanks, I definitely do need to utilize the palm strikes more I keep going for either the front kick combo or the throw since it’s pretty easy to memorize everyone’s patterns
I didn't know Bruce Lee was into getting pinned down by large, girthy men... But, like, if that's the fantasy, then Zanny is living the life right now.
You can do a throw(a+x) after most heavies that fully connect. Then do chasing trip kick or chasing strikes(y or x on a pushed enemy). One of my favorite combos in the game. Dodge, heavy, throw, trip kick.
I'm trying to get 22000 style points on The Club and it's actually driving me insane. You need to keep the style meter at 3 pretty much the entire level and you cannot die or it derails the entire run
I completed that a few months ago and I feel your pain. Considering that level is my favorite and so is Sean's boss fight, try training especially against Sean's disciples and the Flash Kicks. They're the biggest enemies to your run.
Zanyatta have you considered Baldur’s Gate 3? I just started this weekend and I usually stick to souls games and rpgs like oblivion/dragons dogma. I have zero D&D experience but I’m absolutely loving the gameplay and build crafting the game has!
Zanny why don’t you try the true ending? (Yes there are 3 endings.) But like try to figure it out your self I’ll give you some tips. (I don’t know if get so lucky that you will actually read this comment or you know about it too but you don’t wanna loose your sanity again) Tips: -you just need to change something when fighting an boss that’s all. For the true ending all bosses. -How about forgiving?
