I sent my barrel back to them.. they confirm zero at 35 ‘meters. Paid an additional $50 for them to do it at 100 meters. Sent back to me with a target and 3 moa (using Match Grade ammunition) saying it was within spec. No discussion, or contact, just sent it home.
I went through three of these because i loved everything but the accuracy! Third one seems to shoot well. I called sig and when i found out they were shooting up close and wanted to charge me to get rifle back i said screw it and trade first two off. Good luck, sucked on this accuracy wise. Guess they should have worried about accuracy instead of stealing the fix design and releasing so quick
@@ascentoffroad It shot a single 3-shot group that was under 1/2 MOA. My Tikka averages about 0.3 MOA for 3-shot groups and I once shot a 0.06 MOA 3-shot group. By this dumb logic I should enter into a benchrest competition. Unfortunately dullards like yourself don’t understand that you are looking at a probability distribution when you are looking at groups. A single 3-shot group is completely meaningless. @@ascentoffroad There was a single 3-shot group that was under 0.5 MOA that doesn't mean anything. I'd like to see what happens when he tries shooting more 3-shot groups with that ammo. It probably shoots just as poorly as the other ammo because this gun is expensive trash. I have Tikka CTR that averages around 0.35 MOA for 3-shot groups and 0.5 MOA for 5-shot groups. It costs about 1/3 what this rifle costs.
