as a sigma females according to the quiz, I am quite grateful that the word "sigma female" coined. I always in this paradox of in the middle, not a dominating alpha because I don't like being a leader, and also not a followers beta because I need huge independence. It feels like after found "sigma females", I found my own identity and found similar sisters who are in the same identity as I am.

Amen to that! We INFJs aren't the type to follow anyone. We aren't followers. We march to our own beat and we don't have to be like everyone else. I don't follow trends or the latest fad, I chose to be independent from all that.

I scored 14. I don't always make sure my point of view is heard. I often hang back a bit and listen. I notice people don't always listen to what I have to say, so when they interrupt, I take it as a sign they aren't ready to hear my offering. When it's important, I find a way to get heard.

14 of 15 maybe this is why all my closest friends are alpha females. I'm not intimidated by their success. I understand how leadership works. I just choose not to lead, but I also choose not to follow anyone. I prefer to do my own thing. My daughter says I'm unsociable and she hates that I could care less about trends and what's in style.

Haha can't believe i got 15 too. No wonder why a lot of my co-workers are often wondering about me and find me intriguing, rebellious and free spirited. Some men find me too untamed and independent while some women find me annoyingly confident. Both often give me attention even if i don't want to. But i must admit i sometimes like little attention.

Entj female and got a 15/15. Honestly I’ve always considered myself the alpha type because of my strong personality , I know how to take charge of a group and am often very efficient but rather not because I prefer being alone and rather have someone else in the spot light lol.. A lot of these are already strong core values I have developed like respect, equality, independence, being outspoken & loyalty! Also Q15 hit home the most for me! Sometimes being authentically you can rub people the wrong way and have often been misunderstood and judged but as I’ve gotten older I don’t care as much. Aslong as I’m not hurting anyone I feel closest to my life purpose when I’m being my true self and don’t care how others perceive me

I think INFJ are somewhat different from Sigmas. Sigmas tend to be more like the logic-lone wolf type. They're not just people who like to be alone and doesn't follow trends. Sigmas genuinely live in their own minds. It's not like they willfully reject society. On the other hand, INFJ has a philanthropy aspect that Sigmas don't necessarily have.

My boss at work literally said I am the first staff that he’s unable to wrap his head around. He says I am different and that confuses him. He tries to make me feel bad for being me and wanting to be independent even at work. He actually got mad that I am antisocial and I should learn to work with others because no man is an island 😂😂😂. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t blend in... I just stood out like oil on water. Now it all makes sense.

15/15.. damn.. I work in a company because i like the job, not because to chase a higher position. I'm not afraid to quit a job if I start to hate the work or the surroundings. I only lead when I think its necessary & other people not doing the job very well. I don't share often about my life on social media. After I graduated university, I learned that a lot of guys had a crush on me, but afraid to approach me because they said I seem too independent. I'm married now yet still like to ask for some alone time from my husband, you know, just went hiking or watch a movie by myself which always worries him alot. A lot of people said that I can be more successful if I do this or do that, but I don't care because life is about enjoying everyday at my own pace.

15. Today is the first time I'm learning what a sigma is and I think it fits me very well. I've been so misunderstood my whole life by men and women. Men are intimidated, fascinated and competitive with me and I'm not even trying to challenge them. I crave alone time, work for myself on my own schedule. I'm also a defender. I can't let anyone in my presence be either bullied or ignored. I hate injustice to my core and I'm very loyal and communicative. I could go on (obviously) but it's all been said in the video. I have 14 out of 15 Sigma traits. That explains why I have always felt a close kinship to another old school Sigma: Katharine Hepburn. She was independent, was loyal to her family and the people she loved, was briefly married when young but divorced and never remarried, wore trousers when it was unusual for women to wear them and put her career first. BTW, she won four Academy Awards over the course of her career.

15/15. Interesting... I'd never heard of this personality type before until recently, but it is spot on each time I look into this type. It rings true for me within and outside of my family. Wish I'd known about this decades ago for the sake of affirmation and ease of mind on occasion (especially when judged by others). Haha, you're speaking from my soul. I wouldn't pass such a party game either. I only had a score of 8 because I didn't know whether to say yes or no to many things and in the end I didn't care. I see, for example, that people are different, so it doesn't make sense if I treat them the same. I wouldn't treat a 40-year-old convict like a 6-year-old girl either. But it's interesting to see that INFJ and INTJ are such a good fit for Sigma.

Lucky 13, Im always unapologeticly me, Ive always attracted attention but felt uncomfortable about it. I value my independence & privacy. Having 2 bad marriages, a third attempt is not remotely in my future plans. My immediate family, pets, & best friend are all I need or want. I dont seek to dominate others, yet somehow I almost always end up in control wether I want it or not . I far prefer to hold back & will quietly help or influnce someone else to lead as a proxy, thus I never quite fit the alpha mold... this sigma role is definately me! As an ASD Level 1 female, I seem to be a walking contradiction regarding question #1; depending on whom I am speaking with, I can go either way; depending on the vibes I’m getting from a person. If speaking with someone I’ve just met with whom I instantly feel a connection with, I can practically infodump my whole life’s story in this first conversation. However, if I’m speaking with someone who has raised my “Spidey-senses” and all I can think of is getting as far away from them as quickly as possible, I’ll slam shut the conversation and physically leave their presence. This kind of person has usually been the one to initiate the conversation in the first place, and so I give them about five seconds to get to their point before just leaving them standing there bewildered 😆

The only question I was iffy about, and so, put down a "0", was Question 2. All the others were a 1. Hmmm.....reading your comments on Question 1, yes, if it's someone who has raised my "spidey-senses" (or, as a psychic, I simply don't like their energy), I will leave as quickly as I can. Here in the US, the mental health overlords decided to lump Aspergers in with their definition; Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which is quite outdated not to mention offensive considering that it’s finally becoming more understood globally that 1) We’re NOT broken, and 2) our circuits are just wired differently (neurodiversity)..... I like to counter the dumb arguments posed by those who are “normies”, aka, neurotypicals, with things like, “SO..... Are you saying that you think that left-handed people are broken or “disordered”??? Because that’s what you’re trying to argue here! I always knew that I had a very unique different, personality as a Woman, never heard about the Signa Female, scored a straight 15. Al last I understood why I don't look like most women surrounded me. Not interested to be liked by others, rely only on myself, don't panick about being alone, like independence, don't like being the same with others, pursue my own interests, look intimidating for strangers, people stare at me much but not all of them can approach. My score is 14. just learned about this personality today...I got zero for no.12 which is the wanting you voice to be heard. I just don't care if you hear me or not. If i want to talk, I'll talk and you will hear me whether you like it or not but most of the time, I'm quite... thinking or doing something. I don't like small talks that's why i love being alone.
