I'm a definite sigma. I never followed the crowd yet I wasn't a leader either. I tended to clash with the classic alpha as I didn't follow them and conform the way they wanted. I'm very loyal to my loved ones, I value mutual respect between people, I don't have any social media accounts like Facebook or Instagram. I appreciate solitude and do a lot of personal work on myself. I can be revengeful to someone who has wronged me and never apologized. However if they genuinely apologize, all is forgiven.

Beta is emotionally deep and private, alphas are sporadic and not actually so controlled.

Well, I'm the beta one.... & I honestly love being a beta, I enjoy the love people show me & that they say they feel at home with me & I'm more than happy to help them and I really enjoy it when they say I'm good at literally whatever I do XD I'm really emotional & I can't hide it... The only emotion I hide is my anger cause I feel bad afterwards for being harsh so I just separate myself for some moments & come back when I feel alright again. Basically...I think everyone got all four type in them. These classification helps us to identify with one which we feel closer and makes us believe indirectly n accept that trait. All these four categories have a lot of positive traits. This makes us to stick to that and just follow that mindset even tho we feel like we don't care where we belong to. All the girls r unique.. and everyone got these four traits... In the form of a layer..in my pov 😊

For me, I'm an Alpha and mixed with sigma coz it fits with my personality I love helping people and I've been criticized. I mastered to handle my own emotions it gives me an inspiration or aspiration towards other people.

love how everyone is arguing over what type of female everyone else is and defending their own personality type like this is actual fact. honestly the people close to you could give a better judgement on your character than you probably could. also this doesn’t define what your personality is, it just shows some traits that females display which, may i point out, you probably display a bit of everything. people who base their personality from an outside source really piss me off because that’s not the true you and you’re trying to fit into a category of people to make yourself feel valid, not everyone does it but a lot of females on the internet do. don’t be like that, do your own thing and experience stuff for yourself, make mistakes and explore possibilities before you settle for something someone else has told you that you have to be. i’m pretty young but it doesn’t really take a genius to figure this stuff out.

I think I'm a mix of alpha and sigma bc I'm very outgoing and independent but I'm not egoistic like an alpha I'm humble and respect others and I take criticism well and adapt to new things easily. I'm also a go getter and whatever I want I achieve and I don't expect anyone's help.

Okay so basically every woman posseses some of these qualities but they just have different names Or labeled for stages of growth and developments in life trials. Nonsense. Behavioural psychologists use "The Big 5" categories to ascertain personality types. It is the most accurate method we have to date.

Alpha and Sigma are really the same thing. In a deeply socialized world you don't commonly see introverts in high places, which is what Sigma is. The cool thing about Alpha/Sigma girls is that they are the few (maybe 2%) of women that are not 'for sale'. The rest of the girls in a deeply socialized society will go out to the highest bidder.

I think all of these personalities can be found at certain percentage in all females. Females altogether not just Alpha females can be emotionally challenged sometimes as well.

For anyone who thinks they maybe an alpha or sigma Seeing anyone in the comments section shaming anyone being inspired or actually identified themselves as these types just know that is literally not what a real leader does. Real empowerment wants others to be inspired and empowered. No one wants to be misunderstood by the entire world. Yes it’s nice to stick out and be unique but it’s not something glamorous to gloat about either. It’s actually very lonely never having more people like you who share your core values to always be around..or exist even. The fact that anyone claims that is an amazing thing is lying. Even introverts need to talk to someone once in a while. Funny how it’s usually women doing it to other women..so much for women empowerment 😒 That’s how I know people aren’t really sigma and alpha cause they don’t show they possess the real genuine qualities of what really makes someone unique.
