✨ What is a SIGMA female? How are sigma females different to Alphas, Betas and so on? Is there a ‘best’ one to be? Well, I’ll answer these in todays video. While she often becomes a leader and is goal-oriented, the sigma female is a woman that doesn't want to follow rules. If anything, she's independent, confident, and a girl boss.
The sigma female is a woman who demands attention when she walks into a room or is speaking, and she can be very intimidating to others. In most cases, the sigma and alpha female personalities will have a similar confidence level that allows them to be intimidating and intriguing. Their power doesn't come from a social hierarchy, it rather comes from their being. Sigmas choose to sit outside the hierarchy, while Alphas prefer to be at the top of it. Might have few close friends but they don’t need them. Sigmas easily notice illogical or inconsistent arguments.

I fit into this category nearly to a 't', but I don't really have an opinion on who is better. I am who I am, and as I heal from my childhood traumas, I have come to appreciate who I am regardless of what anyone thinks. It's a lonely road as I am bored with most people, but I have grown much and learned to focus on just being myself and how to improve. To me, what steps I take forward at this point in my life is the measure of success because I came into this world not having a chance, but I am a natural survivor.

I agree. Interestingly enough, a real Sigma has no need to tell someone they are Sigma. If know them, then you are aware of the fact. If they have to self-identify, they are probably an Alpha who thinks saying they are a Sigma will bring them additional attention.

My wife and I are both sigmas. The year I met her I owned an expensive sportscar, but it didn't impress her. Too much attention. Later we lived for years in a camping trailer and she was fine with that too. She gave up trying having female friends. "They all have too many problems".

I’m definitely a sigma female. The way you broke it down, I recognize that I’ve been this way my whole life. At my 20 year class reunion, one of the “popular girls“ came up to me and said that she and her group were always very intimidated by me because I wasn’t impressed by them. This video explained to me what I’ve known all along: that I have always been different and that I’ve always been OK with that.

I am a Sigma. I am all of the above all the time. Regardless of the situation or circumstances. That's what makes a Sigma.. hardly anyone can live authentically and we do it 100% of the time. We wear no masks and tend to highlight people inadequacies by just being present. I wasn't born a Sigma. I was built. No going back. People should know their personality type and others. Helps to adjust your communication style in accordance to whom they are talking to.

I could care less how much money someone has, i dont care how perfect your marriage is, i dont care many miles you ran today and i dont care what degree you have. Hello! I believe myself to be a sigma, and I have had other people try to establish the "proper pecking order", and try to excersize dominion over me and even used the words "Alpha". Alpha, beta, etc.. I love all the roles. I have experienced much jealousy and from a very young age have had people copy me, follow me, and I did not understand it. Now, in my adult life, I understand more and embrace my innate, natural being... I love the flow of life and try to hold gratitude and respect within while I deepen my understanding of what it means. I command you for not having a background music. Much easier to just listen to you. As for the contents, I now understand why the kids at school never picked on me. I used to hover from 2 groups of reliable friends as I seemed fit while being on my own for most of the times. A successful career for an independant lifestyle was always my aim so I chose computer science at university before it was "fashionable" (1978) I do not seek recognition but accept responsabilities and consequences as they come along. I stay clear from drama and I am the happiest and most content person anyone would ever meet. I am so thankful for being the way I am. I guess I was born that way and I also recognize those traits from my stoic father. :D

Sigma females are not interested in your validation or recognition but doing what is right and positively impactful, been able to see through people's intent and calling them out , pulling many off dark places and threshing floors. I'm a female sigma too, but i think it's important to note that people are who they are based on what's important to them, and that's something that's very individual. Independence is so key for me, but that's also made me a loner. Another type might not be happy being alone as much as we naturally are.

For those who have misconceptions of Sigma females; we have feelings and hold people, friends and family close to our hearts. We are not always trying to be alone because of our independent nature, sometimes we try to put ourselves out there but we don’t really feel comfortable doing that since most people are fake in nowadays society. We just want to connect spiritually and emotionally with people and it’s hard to find others who are willing to be that whether they’re friends or relationships. Sigma females may not have always been a “sigma” from the beginning. I know I’ve had strong urges to lead since childhood but I also have trauma that made me realize that I just don’t want anyone taking control of me. I don’t wanna be a controlling person because I know what it’s like to have no choice in your life and I don’t want to do that to others. But I also will not tolerate anyone using me so I’m always cautious in who I choose to spend my life with. It’s kinda a lonely road but I find it really peaceful in a sense that I know no one is going to put me through some shit. I’m always trying to learn more about my spirituality and connection with the earth and universe because there is a much bigger picture of the lessons that history of past civilizations provides. There is so much more to life than our egos and positions in life. I don’t have to be a scientist to figure out the key to my own soul. Knowing that makes me happy.

I am sigma female and I want to ask why are we called sigmas? Sigma is the greek letter σ and ς.. i am from Greece.. do you know what it means? Is it from stoicism? Στωικοί φιλόσοφοι (stoic philosophers) were in ancient Greece.. and sigma females and males are people who embrace stoicism either they know about it or not.. In Google it says..... The term "Sigma" comes from the Greek letter sigma (σ), which is used in mathematics to denote a sum or a total.

Taking the traits of a Sigma Male and just adding an Fe in front does not make it so. The major trait of a Sigma is Self-Reliance, not independence, an Alpha can be (probably is) independent. I have met many very capable Alpha females, and been had the privilege to work with a couple of Sigma males, but I must admit I have never seen a true Self-reliant, lone wolf style Sigma Female. (most females choose to not even go to the restroom alone). I have tried to find a Sigma woman in history but keep finding strong Alpha women. (i.e. Margaret Thatcher, Joan of Arc or perhaps Hillary Clinton.)
