Hope ya'll like this week's video. Let me know which WAH you liked the most! Also be sure to check out our friends over at Zzounds! Zzounds Online Music: www.zzounds.com/a--3255139
I have the Cantrell wah and sometimes wish it had a more aggressive Q, even more top end. I might try the Crybaby from Hell! Thanks for posting this shootout.
The CFH is one of my favorites! It has such customizability that I highly recommend. That Wah needs a video for itself! Thank you for watching and your comment!
Excellent video Jorge! I use 2 wahson my board! Dunlop/CEA MC-404 and a Mad Professor Snow White auto-Wah. I enjoy your channel and a big fan of the Nux MG30. Keep shining.
I currently have a Dimebag Darrell CFH wah, I used to own a traditional Cry Baby. Of the ones shown in this video, I'm torn between the Jerry Cantrell and Slash versions. Great video!
Man, such a tough call! Why not both?! My personal fave was the Gary Clarke Jr actually. Something about the range and feel was perfect for my taste… thanks for the comment!
Did you know the john petrucci wha have a internal EQ that can fix your lo , mid , hi + the Q sweep . If you don't check it out, opened and use a Phillip screw driver to turned and set it up. Concern take a pic to the original set up in case you want to go back ,
I want a Cry Baby From Hell so bad! Also, the old Kirk Hammett wah in green with the skeleton foot on top. I collect pedals, I wouldn't mind any if them, really.
@@scramblesthedeathdealer Honestly my fave was the Gary Clark Jr wah... MY GOSH it was perfect! But, I hope you enjoy your Dimebag Wah. I visited his grave probably like 10 years ago. I ended up meeting a childhood friend he grew up with and spoke with them for like an hour. Very cool experience.
Wow. You must love you some Wah! Great video. I can tell some differences but all in all they all sound great and fairly similar. Cantrell and Bonamassa may have been slightly better in my opinion.
Haha I used to not like it much but I played a gig and had TOO much fun with it. It kinda adds to the solos IMO! I agree with you. I think they all sound fairly similar… The JP stood out most to me but all good in their own way. Glad you liked the video!
Which would you say had a good throaty voice in the midrange (or thickness)? I tried a Clyde that seemed to be voiced more like this but so many ways just seem to lose the meat and it’s just thin high end. The old wahs from the late 60’s seem to be much better at retaining some good body to the sound.
@@JorgeSalasGuitarI can understand that. The idea of a wah without options, just grip it and rip it, has a lot of appeal. I currently have a Dimebag (older green camo one) and Fulltone Clyde deluxe (Clyde I tried recently was the Dunlop one). The Dimebag is tuneable for sure but it always feels like Jack of all trades, master of none. Both are good but I’m still searching for the one that really clicks. Or maybe I’m just not a wah guy..lol.
@@Skoora Honestly, I'm SUPER simple with my gear. While I have a good selection, I choose simple things if that makes sense. I don't like moving knobs so much. Just plug in and play sort of thing!
Buckethead is the pedal master, never seen slash use a pedal on stage... Ever... U need a digi tech too... Man Im getting there, Ill have a Jackson here in a day or 2
@@JorgeSalasGuitar maybe in another video when you get soon two different wah signature pedals, you'll be able to upload the video again but with the new pedals on youtube! If you like that idea!
You've tried to mislead the public into thinking low impedance pedals can work with high impedance equipment. You've also tried to tell the public the signature electronics can work outside what the designers intended them to work. So you've been reported to the authorities for misleading and lying to the public.
