Welcome to Silica, hope you guys enjoy what i've been putting out!!!
Apologies for Audio vs Voice imbalance, mainly within Fights or using the Hover Tanks, Future videos are drastically improved!
Today im showing you a live playthrough of one of the larger maps, i keep seeing people ask about getting the Human faction up and running in PVP straight away, here ill show you how to quickly get up and running, AI ruins half of this video XD
RTS x FPS x C&C Renegade style game with amazing visuals
The game has just come out in early access and is available on Steam!!!
I will 100% be playing this a lot more with friends and also in online play in the days/months to come and follow the journey this game takes to full release.

I love that harvesters will absolutely clown on the humans for no reason. I do hope their pathing gets worked out but I do enjoy the collective human issue of harvesters having a mental breakdown.

Did you know other players can drive harvesters 👌 Makes the early econemy easier for the commander 1. Stay under the harvester if its stuck If someone play commander 2.Say them to stop the Harvester 3. If you stay right, there is a yellow warning light flashing and stairs are coming down 4. Go in at the back is an elevator go up. 5. There are 3 doors left and right for the Stairs on top to the landing pad Middle door is a balcony 😂 6. Go to the door at the landing pad 7. Drive it Tips: for mining ( look with your camera at the Ground near balterieum) You should see blue tiles With RMB the drills come down for mining There is no ui for how much you mined Look at the 2 round tanks at the back They fill with blue stuff Drive back to refinery repeat 1 Deposit needs 2 back and forth to it Go on youtube and listen to music while mining and look for Goliath ( Big aliens ) You should be a little faster in the harvester than them

25:00 In the sandbox test map, one of the units has the proportions that could suggest it would land on harvesters, collect its load and return it to a refinery. Although this is speculation.

The sound effects of the siege tank gives you a sense of the size and scale of it. Well done!!

Fun. Try turning down the sfx volume in game. Couldn't hear you when you were scouting in the car.

Playing as the commander, if your harvesters get stuck, take control of an infantry unit climb inside and unstick it, I find you only have to unstick it a few times and it sorts out its own pathing, I get four harvesters using one refinery, sure sometimes its a clusterfuck, but more often than not if they got room to move its pretty good.

Loving the looks of this game, just a little fyi - an 'erg' is a type of desert sand formation and is pronounced as a single word, not an abbreviation

Possible once every 5 game since harvesters don't work very well, just lost because 2 were stuck on silica while the 3rd was trying to mine silica where one was already stuck lol.

FYI, making sure that heavies are escorted by lights to defend said heavies from enemy lights is tactics 101. (Can you not assign units to guard other units? That would be an obvious mechanism to include.)

soo its a guessing game mainly you stand in the portal and turn around to to look at the map provided, you hold E to go where ever you want, i just got lucky with where i was going haha

They are already in the game just not released yet! you can spawn them in, fly them, shoot them and let me tell you they look and feel sick. (I really like the bomber)

dude the humans need to be able to build a drill or something on the resource nodes. those harvesters just aren't good at all XD

I Never was able to earn enough money to win the race against aliens, while I was stuck on heavy units they came with the big bugs

Hey man, please consider viewing experience when you make these. Checking the map every 3 seconds was insufferable and I stopped watching around the 8 min mark.
