I have been following your channel from the start and have watched all the videos since then. At the start, your videos were engaging and had made much sense and some speculations. But over time, the quality of your videos in terms of content as well as topic decreased and started to disappoint. But finally, this is a good video which you have released which doesn't have any ridiculous speculations or some sort of conspiracy theories. This is simply a speculation video based on true scientific information. Keep it up and make this kind of videos only...

The Fermi paradox is completely wrong, Mankind simply does not any longer openly comprehend how to recognize Silicon based life, but I do and it is the dominant Species on Earth and beyond.
One small problem. If silicon compounds are highly reactive with water and oxygen, how does life form? Water is needed for life due to its very unique properties. What is very important is oxygen. How are they gonna do cellular respiration if they dissolve in oxygen? Anaerobic respiration is very inefficient and can't support complex multicellular life, aerobic respiration is necessary. If oxygen can't be used, ATP can not be synthesized. They're gonna need a completely new reaction to get energy with a different molecule, and so far nothing like that exists.
