Here is a routine that I used to do all the time when I was an athlete! I used to do each exercise for 30 seconds and just run from one to the next. Only doing one set but 2-3 times a day. I would do this 3-4 times a week to make sure I didn't burn out and could stay consistent. Grip strength is one of the most important things for a judoka make sure you give it some dedicated time.

Cool stuff. Other ways like deadlifting heavy without straps will give you great grip strength. Also dead hangs/pullups with a gi top or on a bar is also good.
