Didi,my belly is very loose and my abdomen fat is up growing day by day after my c section/after my baby's birth....the prblm is i am trying to do follow your intrusions for exercise. But when i do exercise i feel my back pain is too much growing.and after do exercise 10/20 movements i can't continue my exercise, i can't concentrate on my exercise... Plz help me,and suggest me how can i solve my prblm's....😢
