In this video I will be guiding you through a series of stretches and gentle movement to help release tension in the hips and lower back. This sequence is helpful for all levels including beginners to yoga. The postures are simple and easy and can be done right on your bedroom floor. I always emphasize the power of using your breath as we hold postures to gain desired results quicker. It is extremely important to release tension in our bodies in order to stay mobile, functional, and healthy in our everyday lives.
