Nice video! I've been working out with Sydney for years. Doing her 5 new videos each week, 1 day of walking, 1 day of just stretching. Doing her workouts along with whole food / plant based eating has put me in the best shape of my life.

Love the message of this video. I have arthritis and other joint issues which has slowed me way way down over the years. So when I have a good day and can do all the things, I’m so very grateful for that. Some days I have to be ok with doing practically nothing bc it hurts too much. Those days I feel some guilt, but am grateful for a supportive husband. But everyday, everyday I’m grateful for something. 💜 Keep kicking ass!

10 years ago fitness was so different I feel like now it’s way more inclusive which makes me feel like no matter what- it’s not about how we look! Which I love ❤️ that will never get old

I love the peony rose and new mint cucumber the most! And I like the cream tube deodorant because it lasts so long! You get so much in a tube and you use very little!

Mix the chia seeds in about 2-3 oz of water to let them blossom than add your sparkling beverage! It’s like a sparkling boba drink

I am doing Sydney’s STF too‼️I’m loving it❤️ I change things up too but it usually takes me a while😂I also practice yoga everyday🧘‍♀️ it’s a great compliment to any workout‼️how wonderful that you had a mind shift to what you can do👊at 58 I’m all about that😁

Ten years ago I would have never believed that I would ever enjoy going to the gym! Now that I belong to the local YMCA, I love doing my cardio on the elliptical and going to yoga. Heck, I even like lifting weights now!

I’m doing a month to 12-3-30, inspired by you! I actually do 10 incline as my treadmill doesn’t go any higher, and speed range 3.2 to 3.8 to make up for the that. I’m continuing my usual Nourish Move Love workouts for strength training. You should absolutely try her workouts on RU-vid! I am doing the SplitStrong program again and love it. I haven’t lost any weight yet but I do feel leaner and stronger!

For fitness, I do a few days a week of strength training and then a couple days of cardio in the form of dance fitness classes! 👟 If I'm not at the gym, I follow Juice and Toya for strength workouts and The Fitness Marshall for cardio ☺️

I workout at NourishMoveLove with Lindsey Bomgren. She has an awesome and challenging mix. She does some live classes here and there. A lot of strength training, and them some barre, pilates, and some kickboxing. She has a great mindset focused on building strength and mobility.

Made your burgers today. Love them. I’m trying to get my protein up a bit as well. I used to workout with HASFIT, now mostly Lucy Whyndam Read. Also do random walking workouts on YT. Great for us older ladies. I go to the gym to an exercise class with my mom once a week for cardio and strength. Other than that treadmill, hiking, and yoga. I’m generally a person who can’t sit still but I have to pace myself because of a chronic disease. ❤😘

I love lucy wyndham, her workouts are low impact yet very doable and effective and she is lovely. Especially her 7 min workouts are great❤

i'm so happy you enjoyed them! strength is so so important as we get older, and i love that there are so many ways we can incorporate it! there is no one size fits all! i know you are really into yoga, I wish I was! I did a personal yoga challenge last year and I really enjoyed it but never stuck with it

7:30 I’m with you, I need variety! 😅 But I’m consistent about daily exercise! I mostly walk and do weight lifting. I do like doing occasional niko niko type jogging and then I also like s slight treadmill incline on my walks. I used to love distance running, but my body doesn’t seem to love it anymore. 😢 40 this June, maybe it’s just age and hormones… lol I think it started with gluten though and some damage is permanent. At 32ish I couldn’t even walk without braces. Gave up gluten and saw steady and consistent improvements. Bums me out because I’d really love to try seitan. 😕

I've never had seitan either! But walking at an incline is waaayyy less of a stressor on your joints and its a GREAT workout!!! i know theres nothing like a run, but just getting movement in is wonderful!

So far I’ve had them since January 10ish-- but I got them from Hokas website over 70% off! When they release a new shoe, the old one gets deeply discounted and YES! Worth it!!! They’re so comfy and I’m getting a lot of wear from them!

I love Trader Joe's high protein tofu!! When I wasn't into cooking, I ate it plain and uncooked, and I still prefer it that way ha. I will have to give the marinade a try, and that salad. Yum!

I did! But just so you aren’t turning around it’s 1 can black beans drained not rinsed + 1/2 cup dry potato flakes. Mix up, roll into burgers and pan fry!

Haha eating tofu as I watch this! Tofu kebabs would be fire this summer, great idea! Definitely trying that chia drink too. I’m mildly obsessed with chia seeds so perfect for me 😆 I love walking and running. I’m currently starting to do a bit more weight/strength training and easing up on the cardio though Yes to balance!!!🙌🏻 Thanks Miranda, love this💕

It’s so hard to balance! I love cardio I love running but I know my body needs more strength training because past injuries. I also find in the summers here I have a pattern to start weight training more and running less because that dry heat kills me for running
