SKIN CARE ROUTINE AT HOME -Use coconut oil to remove the makeup -Cleanse with rose water -scrub with salt coffee and coconut oil NB not for sensitive skin Turmeric coconut oil and coffee for normal skin. Both for oil and dry skin. Spray some rose water and massage then steam with eucalyptus,mint or lavender etc You can use rose water anytime so after that spray in yourself. -Masking or toning the skin with sandalwood or charcoal mix with rose water wait for 30mins or 40mins and maybe sipping your glass of purple tea or green tea. Spray rose water. MOISTURIZE YOUR SKIN -Rose hip and almond oil drop mix for sagging eye bag for firming. -Sweet orange (orange peel)for dark circles. Then apply your make up. Honey, just know that baby eats whether you eat well or not. Most important is to watch your intake of iron. Replenish iron lost during pregnancy and childbirth. Iron deficiency causes loss of hair around the hairline. All foods rich in iron, liver, green veggies should be in your every meal. Complex carbs like nduma, ngwaci give energy which you need. Mind your portions to avoid storing excess weight so go easy on fats and sugars.

Thank you Carol and Monique for educating us. I think when cleansing,toning,scrubbing,massaging face you have to use upward strokes to avoid pulling skin thus sagging.. Great education. Keep it up
