We love this Jamie Oliver Soda Bread Recipe so wanted to put together a little tutorial for it. Its easy to put together, tastes great & you can also adapt it by adding in nuts, seeds & even dried fruits.
Its a great recipe to get you started on bread making.
Its ideal eaten as soon as you've made it, but any left over is great for toasting.
Ingredients:
250g Wholemeal Plain Flour
100g Plain Flour
50g Pinhead Oats
1tsp Bicarbonate Soda
1tsp Sugar
1 Egg
300ml Butter Milk
