I wanted to make a short dress with the fabric initially. But I changed my mind at the last minute when I realized that the fabric wouldn't be enough. Thus my saying dress in the video instead of top. :)
I didn't mention the measurement of the elastic I used because everyone's measurement is different. To know the measurement to use, measure your upper bust and minus 1 and half inches. whatever measurement you get is what you will use for your elastic.
