Simple Tacoma Mods #2: Fixing those DAMN rattles! 

Ouch, sorry to hear that. Any specific rattles that are standing out more than others that I should lookout for?

Tacomaholic Well, I get a big out noise made the rear seats, the only way is doesn't occur is if there are people sitting the rear seats. I also get the passenger and driver widow creak. It's very faint, but audible. I get some creaky noise on B-pillar. My dash has noticeable rattles. I largely blame the amount of plastics uses. There are no actual fabric materials used. I really love my truck, she drives great, no issues at all, just the usual maintenance. I just have to roll the widows down, turn the music up on a medium-high level to drown out the rattles. Honestly. I'm contemplating on trading it in for a 2016/17 model, I understand that Toyota addressed these issues by using better interior materials. We'll see! Ha

I have ballistic morax wheels and it looks cool on red taco. Well your taco is so good looking! How the ride? Coz my leveling kit are only 2 and 3 and I thought it will be to rough but it's not that bad. Plus with 31 inch tires so over all so far I love it.

Mine rides great and feels just like stock to me. I have the adjustable Bilstein 5100s in front but have them on the zero setting and using my 887 springs to get the 3" of lift which really helps the ride quality.

Might be a wire in the door bumping against something.

Maybe u can open the handle inside the door ( 2 screws) and slide in a piece of thin foam towards the rattling zone

It was actually the heat guard along the muffler a bolt was missing so that's where the rattle came from

Do you have an aftermarket stereo/sub setup?

Nope i do tend to keep my bass high though on the factory stero if i set my hand on the door panel switchs housing the rattle would stop

@@zacharywilson2962 Hmm might want to press all over the door panel to make sure all of the clips are fastened.

@@michaelsuarez6995 we all seem to have the same problem I have the jbl audio so extra bass and it’s pretty annoying
