Great advice. We practice "Give away" for all of the stuff that drags us back. Even the time to "Sell" the items took away from focusing on our goal and mission we wanted to complete. Thank you Mark.
Powerful words. I will think about what you have shared everyday and adopt this into my operating system. I have a sense that there is enough information packed in this video to cover the framework for adopting simplicity in my life. For focus, I have finished going through Cal Newport's 'Deep Work' once. It is worth reviewing again. Simplicity and Focus were part of Steve Jobs's (one of) core mantras. So between Newport and what you have shared, we have this covered. I think. Thank you for this video Commander Divine.
Simplify - Food (little whole ingredients) Clothes - pick colors you enjoy wearing, limit how many you have. Learning - pick one subject daily or weekly. Fitness - simple program with least amount of equipment Work - Something you enjoy doing doesn't have to be perfect. With decent work life balance. Tech stuff - Keep tech upgrades only to if a feature is necessary for growth or when equipment is obsolete.
Do you want to master one thing, or be mediocre at many things? False dichotomy; people can be competent in several languages, sports, or musical instruments. Mastery in just one path means missing out lessons from trying different paths.
Glad you like the video Raul. We only share excerpts on RU-vid and Facebook. If you are interested in full lectures I would check out Unbeatable Mind Academy at UnbeatableMind.com or look at any of our live events.
