I love that, even though Jennifer has the more powerful voice, she does not try to out diva Tori. It seems though, by holding back she encouraged Tori to test her voice and diva a little bit. They complimented each other really well.
@@chikoritaleaf Woah...calm down....There is no need to be angry and there is no insult to anyone. No one said Tori was forced to hold back because of Jhud, and no one said anything bad about her voice. It actually is important they both hold back. If they belted throughout the entire song, it would lose it's sensitivity and expression.
@@manfromrome7710 Apparently you did not, but if you have any additional questions please let me know. I am more than happy to clarify my meaning on my comments.
Now I've heard there was a secret chord That David played, and it pleased the Lord But you don't really care for music, do ya? Well, it goes like this, the fourth, the fifth The minor fall, the major lift The baffled king composing Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Well, maybe there's a God above But, all I've ever learned from love Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew ya And it's not a cry that you hear at night It's not somebody who's seen the light It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah I did my best, it wasn't much I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch I told the truth, I didn't come to fool ya And even though it all went wrong I'll stand before the Lord of song With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah

Well it goes like this The fourth, the fifth, the minor fall and the major lift The baffled king composing Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Your faith was strong but you needed proof You saw her bathing on the roof Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you She tied you to her kitchen chair She broke your throne and she cut your hair And from your lips you drew an hallelujah Hallelujah (Hallelujah), Hallelujah (Hallelujah) Hallelujah, Hallelujah I did my best, it wasn't much I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch I've told the truth, I didn't come to fool you And even though it all went wrong I'll stand before the Lord of Song With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah
I preferred their duet without the music on Jennifer’s show. Both amazing performances but the one without music made me focus more on their beautiful voices together.

Jennifer may have d powerful voice buh d breath control is zero and u don't av to scream for every music meanwhile Tori's voice is d calmer one buh d depth and control is sweet,u feel d melody of d song. They both good🙌
I'm confused about the lyrics of this song. I'm not sure but when it makes reference to the fall of King David, when he went walking on the roof and saw a naked Bethsheba bathing and succumbed to his flesh and slept with her and then also reffering to Sampson fall when he blindly out of love let out his secret and Delilah cut his hair and symbol of his power These references made in the second verse, Is the composer meaning in spite of their fall they returned to the Lord with a Hallelujah and sought forgiveness or Is the composer from the perspective of a seductive woman.. how she made them fall, broke David's throne and Cut Sampsons hair and mocking how in the midst of the act, from their mouth drew a Hallelujah??
Basically, the first part talks about King David composing music that pleased God. The secret was his heart and the fact that all his music was in praise to God, Hellelujah. The second verse basically talks about men who thought they were strong enough and then fell to women cos they couldn't prove their faith, and in the midst of that fall, after being overthrown... Crying out hallelujah to God in repentance and humility. The third part talks about a person who's tried his best and everything still goes wrong, even in the midst of that still praying to God with Thanksgiving. That's my understanding of the lyrics.
I hate being the kind of person who tries to impress everyone and be the show off.... But I kind of think I'm a gifted person... I don't... It's just that I tried singing this with my friend and I felt really good inside And I sang really good... And I've never actually tried singing in front of someone.... I felt like I've reached a new part of me. I sang like an angel... You may think I'm just lying and being over dramatic, but I actually felt like this... And I want to actually try preforming in front of thousands of people!!! But I have stage fright, that's why I don't sing much.

@@anaiwoods9973 He’s just a troll & an idiot! J-hud got her EGOT for a reason & he knows why. It’s why she has her own show, too. He’s definitely just a hater. Lol Don’t mind him.
We all know that Jennifer sang low keyed to accommodate Tori. Do your research young man, Jennifer can sing circles around Tori. Very few singers can try to "vanish" Jhud.
