Proper leadership transition is a responsible thing to do. It's inevitable unlike many countries where old leaders cling on to power even though they are no long capable and effective, and are not so in touch with the present generation. PM Lee will be greatly missed. Consolation is under Singapore ecosystem, he and some other senior and experienced leaders will be on hand to help steer the ship into the future.
