This travel vlog is more about the vegan meal served on a Philippine Airlines flight from Singapore to Manila on a Business Class accommodation. It was on a PR Flight 508 on an Airbus A330-300 (333). An all isle business class seat configuration that can accommodate 18 passengers.
This video will also briefly talk about the amenities on this PAL business class seat.
The in-flight entertainment system boasts a user-friendly touch screen and offers a decent selection of the latest movies. I was so captivated by the movie Mission Impossible by Tom Cruise, and was a little bit tired of doing or taking more videos.
Just one thing that I noticed. After landing, and during taxi, they (not only Philippine Airlines) always announce, for the disembarkation procedure, priority will be given to passengers who have a connecting flight. On this flight, one passenger was blocked because they were prioritizing the disembarkation of premium and business class passengers. After the economy class passenger annoyingly explained that he had a connecting flight, he was allowed to disembark together with us. I felt sorry for that passenger, because to me, he never had to explain himself, and I totally can relate, because at some point, I also experienced the same in the past.
On the other hand, the overall experience I had was excellent, well of course, it comes with a price. But we couldn’t expect something like this in economy class, especially since there are more passengers to attend to, compared to business class. The flight attendant assigned to our area is really pleasant and very accommodating.
