This isn't an existing song, its a completely new composition by Igor Krutoy and Dimash, at Dimash's instigation. Dimash is truly THE master of vocals, he is unmatched and will go down in history as the greatest singer the world has ever known. He hasn't even reached his prime yet, he us only 27 so as he improves year upon year how incredible will he sound in the future. I hope I live long enough to hear him 💖🌟

Russian composer, Igor Krutoy wrote this song specially for Dimash at his request. Together, the two of them have created many beautiful new songs. Igor writes specially to cater to Dimash’s exceptional range, ability and technique. Igor had already retired but he came out of retirement to work with Dimash. In a Russian TV interview, Igor said his mother had told him he needs to write songs for younger singers. But he replied that there aren’t any younger singers who can sing his songs. That’s why he decided to retire... and then he met Dimash. And the rest as they say, is history.
The wordless Ave Maria. There are only two words and it is in the title. No, it is not English but Latin very familiar to the Western world. Ave Maria translates to Hail Mary. Mary to the Christian World is a mother figure and much beloved and is also found in the Quran. He uses his voice to reach the soul of those listening with the power of his vocals and by doing this makes it a universal song. Dimash has demonstrated his devotion and humanity in many humble ways. The music field in the Western World is an entirely different entity. But who are we to stop a young man who was given a gift to share with the whole world? There will be many temptations in his path and I believe he knows what lies ahead and as a person who appreciates his talents, I wish his well and offer my support.
The beginning of the piece is an imitation of the sounds from Outer Space which were recently recorded. This prayer without words is accessible to all regardless of faith tradition. The messa di voce at the end is exquisite.
Hey Christof, I am also amazed every time I hear him sing. He is a very handsome young man with an amazing great voice. I don't think I know any other person who has a range of registers like he does. I'm a kind of suprised we don't hear him more often in our country. If he ever comes to Belgium I'll be the first in line to go to his concert. Thank you again for sharing us this performance. ;-) xxx
First, thank you for this reaction, Dimash never ceases to amaze us, he never disappoints, he is beyond everything we have known so far, another level of vocal talent, even if, for me, his most important and impressive talent is his connection with the audience and his ability to share emotions. I fully agree, he deserves to be better known in our Western countries, and don't understand why it is not the case: not only because of his incredible vocal ability and insane range, but his versatility, his stage presence are unique, he is an immense artist, unmatched. As said by another reactor, he is the ultimate performer. I would also be so happy if he could come here and organise a concert in Belgium!! I would be the second just after you Christophe! In the meantime, I bought tickets for his Dusseldorf concert and hope that it won't be cancelled!
I am also from Belgium and he comes in april to Düsseldorf, Germany. I have my ticket for 2 years now,it was always posponed,hope this time he will be able to come🤞There are stil tickets you can buy! Düsseldorf is only 1,5 hour drive😉

Another great reaction and analysis. This is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever listened to, and only Dimash's voice could evoke such a profound emotional response in me. This rendition touches the very core of my soul. I have watched this performance numerous times already since it premiered and I am moved to tears the moment I hear the first note sung by Dimash's angelic voice. This is a vocalise interpretation of the opening vocals of Schubert's “Ave Maria”. Igor Krutoy (on piano) composed this rendition for Dimash; it is not a cover. The piece uses only three bars from the original composition and changes the fourth note to a higher note. Someone explained that Dimash called Igor Krutoy with an idea for a brand new interpretation of Ave Maria and asked him to compose the music. Dimash is said to love Gregorian choral music which is where he got the inspiration. Igor composed the music, after which Dimash conceived these exquisite vocals. Someone else likened it to “a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (dark to light)!” The last note Diamsh sings is known as "Messa di Voce", the singing of a gradual crescendo and decrescendo on a long sustained note. It is considered one of the most difficult vocal exercises and voice experts regard it as the ultimate test for any singer, a skill even the most experienced vocalists rarely ever master. There are at least 11 other compositions titled "Ave Maria" and over 40 different renditions of these versions. According to wiki there are 68 Ave Maria settings from 7 eras, now 69. I mean, this song is on the same high level as Schubert's Ave Maria or Vavilovs (Caccini) ... also beyond all spirituality, just wonderful music. Maestro Igor Krutoy (piano, music titan in Russia, billionaire) composed this vocalise for Dimash's angelic voice ... so breathtaking, touching and beautiful.
