I had one of these years ago, and used it on a bunch of projects. It does work, and it’s a good intro to overlockers. After you’ve had your fun, do yourself a favor and get a used ‘real’ serger with knives, differential feed, and a second needle so you can spread your wings.
There are RU-vid videos on threading the machine. I did mine, it was a challenge, but not impossible. Make sure to have tweezers on hand to guide the thread through the tight areas.
I just bought one at my local Goodwill... for $7.00 ! From what I can see, it was opened but never used. Hope to get some little projects done with it now
