It would be a good idea to mark each design you use with a permanent pen, adding the stitch length and width, then put it into a notebook of some type for future reference. Joanne

how do you do the last stitch on your machine? The one that looks like 2 half moons. Everytime I try on my machine it keeps coming as a regular zig-zag stich- Thanks!

Tenho uma igua, porém não ta mudando o ponto. Tento regular pra fazer Zig zag , mas continha fazendo ponto reto. Será q t com problema??

There is no really single setting for all stitch function, fabric or thread. You can choose the multi-stitch zigzag for sewing on elastic. But if you are specifically concern on the setting of the machine when sewing on stretch fabric, you have to adjust your upper and lower tension appropriate. 90% of sewing will be between 3 and 5. Make sure that you use the right thread and needle as well for stretch material.

Thank you for the video, only thing I might have done different, is not use the scissors to cut the thread after every pass. Only cut once after all the passes had been made.

Nice video, thanks! I am about to purchase my first sewing machine. Was looking to buy the Singer Tradition 2250 since it the cheapest out of the options available at walmart and within my budget,but it had so many bad reviews on amazon so I am still on the fence about buying it. Many users said they had problems with the bobbin jamming and thread scrunching underneath, a few also said that theirs broke after a few uses. What has your experience been like with this machine? Does it still work well?
