What does "5 rounds on the minute 30 base on snatch weight" means???? Sorry I'm new to this

I actually used to work with this guy and he was my coach. So you’re gonna do 5 rounds on the 90sec (so each side should be done and then you rest the rest of the 90sec) and the weight you will use is based on the weight you snatch. So if you can snatch a 16kg, use a 16 for the full complex. Does this make more sense?

Yea, seriously. I've been using the kettlebell for years and I'm not sure I understood all of that.

I guess it would be basing the weight based on your snatch weight (as it most probably be the lowest weight) On the minute would mean that you'd have 1 minute to complete the set, and use the remaining time to rest before the next minute comes in.

Is a thruster where you go from a squat to a shoulder press?

@@biscaynesupercars yes. I also do what’s called a “cluster” single or double clean, then squat down while still in rack position, stand up and simultaneously press the Kb(s) up to overhead press. Those really challenge core and wind!! Good luck!!

@@mark_luna thanks! I do a lot of these movements and exercises but honestly don’t know the name of them I just copy what I see other people do. I’ll definitely look up and incorporate that cluster into it

If that so, you are doing it wrong. I do snatches and cleans without ant wrist hurt y suggest you look for some technique on those excercises.

"I love doing this exercise. The only problem is when I lift it above my head and the kettlebell swings back and hits my forearm."It is kind of painful, especially after a few sets.
