New trinking game: Delrith shakes his head: 1 shot Delrith touches his beard: 1 shot Delrith stares mindlessy into the camera or air: waterfall your beer until he stops Have fun and remember: Drink responsibly.
Croí Saor He's god awful in front of the camera, his random headshaking for no reason, random body movements, dick stroking, all distract people from actually trying to watch the bloody "review". He contributes little to none, and all in all he's an eyesore.
hes fat useless greasy always has a scowl shit beard anoying never changes chlothes what else ugly forearms, beardstroking i mean come on i cant stand him urrgggh.
Gabriel Oliver I like having the neckbeard input in these videos, and him wearing the same or shirt doesn't matter much, it's just what he likes to wear, Joe has been wearing the same jacket and a superman shirt for like 6 years and you don't complain about that.
The 2016 demon movie formula: - Have some creepy children - Make a scene where something moves on a paused TV screen - Found footage - Jumpscares galore - A recycled ambient noise score
Halal Burger I agree, and I found it pretty weird that all three of these guys didn't seem to like the first one. Really? Not even one of you? Both OtherJoe and Delrith agree with Joe on this? I've seen a lot of Joe's movie reviews and sadly, even though there's three guys sitting there, there's very little difference of opinion. There's a little here and there but not much. All three of them even enjoyed Terminator: Genesys even though it was slammed by critics - not even one of you thought it was just outright bad? I like AngryJoe, especially his game reviews, but when I see his movie reviews I mostly see AngryJoe's opinion and two yea-sayers.
For real, this is beyond "friendship" at this point. Do Other Joe and Deltrith have *any* of their own opinions? Can they not think for themselves? Are they puppets with Joe's hand in their backs? Literallly, every video Joe says something, and all they do is nod their head and agree. And yeah, I can probably believe Other Joe and Angry Joe having some of the same tastes, since (at least I remember Joe saying this) they grew uo together. But what about *Delrith?* You just so happened to meet someone with the exact same mindset as you? That's pretty fucking odd bro, my friends and I have different oppinions on things. Yeah we all like most of the same things but they arent wannabee clones of me.
2saintlovature It's Joe's channel so he does most of the talking. The reason they nod their head and agree might be because Joe already said it and they actually agree.
+TheNon Armenianman I care, he's spot on. They both have no input of their own, because they have, much like the film's they review, no character, or personality. Not hating, just saying.
TheNon Armenianman 2? Are you referring to me making 2 or mine and someone elses? Wrong, this is my first time speaking up about this, if that's what you were implying. And I really *hate* that stupid ass argument, "unsub if you don't like it." Why would I unsub? How is unsubbing at all relevant to the problem? Did you even properly read my comment? Why would I unsub from Joe because I think Other Joe and Delrith are followers? How would that solve anything? I'm not complaining about the review, I'm not complaining about Angry Joe, and I didn't even say something like "Get them off the reviews." My concern, is if these two can actually think for themselves. Something you should do too before ignorantly commenting like a Jackass.
So you think it's generally true that various groups or packs of friends likely have contrary views to one another more-so than similar tastes and opinions?
The first Sinister was a brilliant horror movie. It was psychologically traumatic, while providing great characters. The thing that ruined it was that all the great scenes were in the trailer.
+John Riley I really loved the first movie and I just watched the 2nd movie few minutes ago and liked it nearly as much. Have to say I didn't watched a single trailer for the 2nd movie so maybe it helped not being spoiled.
Which works for me because I saw the movie based on reviews (Sinister 1), so I didn't know what to really expect. Since then I'd seen it many times, and just got done watching it before I came on here tonight. I don't know why they're bashing the first one, but I can understand more with the second, since Sinister 2 didn't have much excitement and was more along the lines of 'that little kid is a real twat and I hope his hateful, bratty ass dies'... and if I remember correctly, he does. Don't really like children killed in movies, but for some reason in this case I was a little relieved since I felt his presence bogged the movie down a little... and I hated him as a character.... with a passion. Ur supposed to root for the main characters, not hope they die :D
ShallowDepression good at being scary. it was tense, creepy it had a good pace and good music/ambiance. Also, the images of the murders were quite unsettling as well.
Devin Charles So because his opinion doesn't fall in line with yours, he knows nothing? Get over yourself. And calling someone "kid" doesn't make you superior to them either
Horror loses a lot when revealing the monster / demon / ghost. It's the subtlety that's important. Can't wait for your next game review Joe :) you inspired me to make videos! BTW - Watch the Babadook ppl :) Thank you Chris Stuckman for recommending it!
***** There are two types of horror movies now and days. Jumpscare bullshit and Indie Hipster. Jumpscare movies corner the market oversaturating the industry with lack-luster clones and remakes that have people longing for something different. That's where Indie Hipster comes into play, they're movies that focus so hard on being different from the main crowd that they get endlessly praised even though they're mostly average at best or just shit. For example, The Babadook and It Follows. The Babadook's twist at the end completely made the main character unlikable, especially when you go back and watch the film. It Follows has the same shit going on, teenagers dying when they have sex. Nobody called them out on this because they weren't killed during or any of that shit or by a slasher, they were killed by a Sexually Transmitted Demon, that's the plot for a damn spoof movie. I despised It Follows, none of the characters were likable, the music sounds like it was made on GarageBand, the premise of the movie was laughable at best, the movie was filled to the brim with scenes of people driving from point A to B and people swimming to pad out the film, and on top of everything, it wasn't scary. Anything done right in the "Indie Hipster" films isn't done enough. One good scene does not make a movie good and these films have maybe one or two good scenes yet receive nothing but praise because they're different in execution even though they still use jumpscares. Though I am very cynical and spiteful when it comes to movies and lots of people like The Babadook and It Follows, hell, I'd probably like The Babadook if not for the ending. So in short, horror movies are cock and balls as of now.
My Grandpa said, "Your generation relies too much on technology!" I replied, "No, your generation relies too much on technology!" Then I unplugged his life support.
why are all these fucking comments out the dude "Delrith". I want to see comments about the movie. I loved the first one and was interested in the 2nd one but ended up watching american ultra. Is it really that bad?
+Bodybuilder X I actually liked the second. To be honest I think he just doesn't like this kind of movie since he even said he hated the first one more. If you liked number one it probably won't hurt to check this one out yourself.
Saoirse because he has nothing going on. he feels like he's trying to have the same opinion as joe instead of having. he also really isnt that funny or interesting. he has nothing to say as well.
"kids creating and watching snuff films, kind of creepy and disgusting."-angry Joe, and that's the whole point of the movie Joe it's supposed to be creepy and disgusting.
Sinister 1 was very good horror movie, Joe don't like it, its fine, but that doesn't make it a bad film, if u wanna see a well made review of Sinister 2012 go check Jeremy Jahns channel
Im sorry but Sinister 1 was a decent movie. Try and tell me with a straight face that movies like Annabelle, Ouija, and Poltergeist(remake) are better. The fact that Joe doesnt have anybody that actually has a different opinion on these reviews just makes the whole thing feel one sided, especially since other joe and the other guy just nod to everything joe says. And I entirely disagree, Sinister deserves another sequel. One directed by a better director. I agree though Sinister 2 sucks.
+Sebastian Cintron Pretty much the only movie reviews I watch are Jeremy Jahns's reviews (bare in mind I haven't seen them all). Mainly I just seem to agree with a lot of his opinions, where as while I agree with Joe most of the time, sometimes his (and the other two guys) reasoning sounds a little nonsensical to me.
Jibbly Gibblet Dont get me wrong, I agree with Joe 95% of the time in his game reviews as well as movie reviews. This one just rubbed me the wrong way with all his Sinister bashing.
If Delrith cleaned up his appearance and lost some weight it would be much better. He actually had some ok points about the film this time. But that look all the time like he just crapped his pants is terrible.
How about just tolerating the video? Why do we always have to diss someone for barely any reason whatsoever. Wow you're another insecure idiot attacking someone for no reason.
Mikhail Barrett How dare people dont like things... Joe is running a business, this is not dudes hanging out making videos for fun, the MAJORITY of people dont like this guy for legitimately reasons. Why would you hurt your business? This guy brings nothing to the table but making the Viewer uncomfortable. Your mindset is the reason most of Media is going to shit because you are brainless and will eat up everything. I understand there are morons you that say he is a fat asshole, thats a bullshit reason, but this guy just nods at EVERYTHING, has no own opinion and when he does he says the most retarded untrue shit ,he is touching his dick, balls and beard all the time and is acting antisocial.
+Jack The SNAKE gears was a remastered edition version of a game we already have so the review is pointless as it is just a remastered version for new consoles with new graphics. Until Dawn's just come out so he either hasn't started it yet or hasn't finished it yet.
Jack The SNAKE why, the entire point of a review is to tell people to buy a game or not, if people know about Gears of War then they'll get the game, Joe's probably already played it anyway, why review a game you've already played in the past. If he did do a review then it would already be biased to his past experience, if not then a majority of people who're aware of it which i'm sure a large majority of people are aware of it then there's no point to tell them stuff they know already.
I loved Sinister 2 because I felt like it ws purposely supposed to give us an inside look on what was happening with the kids that we didn't see in the first movie. It wasn't scary but it was still creepy and extremely interesting. I don't think it was ever meant to be that scary.
The cult of thorn stuff from the later halloween movies (4/5/6) made more sense despite being terribly told because it was based on real celtic ritual and mythology and actually worked to explain why michael meyers killed his sister when he was young, it also helped to explain why he kept killing after his purpose had been fulfilled by the rite and why he was so intent on getting his niece in pts 4/5 along with the sub plot with danny in pt 6 where he's having nightmares about "the man in black".
+RaughingRoudry I can only speculate based on my own dislike for this guy. 1. He is not very funny, his opinion is generally unimportant and minor. 2.Hes relatively new to the Angry Joe channel, most people don't know who he is and why he is now hanging out with Joe and other Joe. 3.His f*cking beard, it looks like he tries to look like an adult, like he wants to be taken seriously and he's always creepily caressing it.Outside of that, yeah I just don't care for him.
+RaughingRoudry To compensate for the fact that their lives are quite sad, so to bash on a mans appearance and camera skills makes them feel better about themselves
keep crying little bitch? Sorry but I stated whats in peoples mind. If you aren't unable to emotionally cope with reality I suggest you stay away from the internet. Come back when you have grown up k?
This is a very dumb fucking question. ...the obvious answer is he's doing it for us so we don't have to waste our money. ...its actually a great service for those of us who go to a lot of movies on a regular basis instead of stealing them through the power of the Internet. ..
+Marc Power Woah, calm down there. I understand Joe thinks he's doing us a favour being a movie critic and saving us time and money. I mean he even says that in the videos. I'm not sure why anyone would think any of the movies he went to this month had even the slightest chance of being any good. He even says things like "they should stop making Fantastic Four movies, the story isn't interesting." Yes, we know Joe. We saw the trailers for these total shite summer movies and forgot these crappy movies were even in theatres. I'm sure he could find something else to review, even it's a slow month for games. Take it easy next time brother.
Either way I appreciate the time and effort he puts into saving us money whilst subjecting himself and his friends to all of these shitty movies. It's a great service and hopefully he continues to do so...
+Marc Power If you ACTUALLY want movie reviews by movie critics you should look for RU-vid channels solely based on reviewing movies. Joe's movie reviews are pretty lacking in detail and anyone can go to a movie and just say what happens. I suggest Christopher Stuckman (something like that) for serious reviews, to some extent.
first sinister was good horror movie, over last 5 year there have only been a handfull of good horror movies, insidious, the conjouring, babadook, it follows, and sinister.but then again you guys said terminator genisys was good so hahaha
+Ted Bundy The first Sinister was a great movie. Joe says something "lulz dis sukz" Other Joe and Delrith shake their head and always agree on his opinion. Are they all the same person? I have never seen those 2 having their own opinions.
+rdejano3 - Mile & Dejo I don't always nod to agree. Sometimes I do it to show that I'm listening, so that might be what they're doing. Plus, Joe is who the people want so the other two probably know to stay quiet
Why is everyone ripping on Delrith? He a pretty cool guy I watch his streams sometimes, The only problem I have is I think he agree's with Joe a little to much on things.
Everything to know about Delrith: encyclopediadramatica.se/Christoph_Naumova Joe's statement: twitter.com/angryjoeshow/status/429730378694156288 Delrith doesn't even seem to be trying to be better.
sorry that i blasted you about it. I'm kinda replying to the guy who replied to joe in the link that you gave. kinda inappropriate for me to give you the comment, so carry on i guess.
Is it just me or does it seem like joe doesn't like delrith? I mean in all the movie reviews he's in it seems like joe just kind of stops smiling when he talks, sounds annoyed when he comments on what delrith said, and tries to disprove what delrith say's (like dragon ball resurrection f(super saiyan god super saiyan) and hitman (flashback in a flashback)). Edit: also otherjoe seems too nice, it's just weird....
The Dogs Den Why would he bring him on then, just to have a "colour commentator" for the neckbeards? I personally don't know the connection between Joe and Delrith, but on the other side he said "Ok I want to wait for your statment" because he was hoping for him to rip the movie apart. and in hitman he jsut said there weren't so many flashbacks, but you kinda got a point, Joe himself loves escalate stuff for the sake of comedy, maybe he just wants to keep his shtick to himself?
Sorry for being really late for this party. I saw Angry Joe's review of this back in the day, and alot of others bashing this film in a burlap sack against a tree. So, I decided to skip it, and got a hold of a friends copy later and put off watching it till very recently. I, actually liked it, alot. True it didn't have the tense horror of the first but, I think this an underrated gem that does quite alot right that people don't appreciate. I think the problem was... with the first movie actually. Granted the first Sinister is a masterpiece in it's own right. I want to take nothing from it. However I think it damned it's sequel. The problem was, we all wanted more, the studio wanted more, the creators wanted to do more, so, everyone wanted a Sequel, everyone wanted more Sinister. So, in all honesty how would you go about it? New family, father/mother stumbles across the box, watches the reels, gets disgusted/calls cops/burns them/goes slowly insane? More of the first movie? That wouldn't hold up, the first movie did it, and did it very well. The creators took it in another direction, from the other end of the spectrum, the receiving end. The first movie hints at operation in places, the film reels the ghost kids messing with Ethan Hawk, the way the daughter knows things, is skipped over and awake terrified in bed. This movie does stay faithful to that, and while it does put us more with the ghost kids, the amount of Baghoul is pretty much the same as the first. The characters were superb, I believed the kids, I believed the adults, I believed the domestic abuse (I grew up in something similar, and found the depiction spot on.) these things do happen to people, and it is often very much like the way depicted. Also I think the ghost children were both good actors and very brilliant in operation, they go after one child with sights set on the other. The children made the one they want feel isolated, cut off, desperately wanting in at any cost and creating animosity and hatred toward the other brother, giving him the drive to do what would be needed, one line really delivers this "I can see them too, you know." the ghost want to make themselves known, they have a child in mind, if they had went to him straight away he probably couldn't have mustered up the hate to do in his brother as they were showed to be friends in the beginning. It really does give me the feel of a child being stuck in a bad situation with people who want him to do the wrong thing with no one to turn to, a sort of hopelessness that goes throughout the film. Also one thing people seem to skim over is the movie seems to be many years and many more families down the line from the first movie. Also they seem to have other children, which says to me that Baghoul 'rotates' out the children so it's the newest one plus the other children that match up with the personality of the chosen child, meaning that he is picking specific friends for them to play with. The addition to the lore from the first movie I find to be nice and refreshing, though at first I just raised an eyebrow at it, that Baghoul is really a lover of technology and the times, and is drawn to arts and media, not just drawings and film, course with the whole thing with sound, music and radios really did fir the time and allow him to 'infect' and 'live on' in new ways. Though I do honestly miss the signs and heralds portrayed in the first movie which were absent and the new methods of raising awareness does make sense when dwelled on but I was originally skeptical. I did find the ending tense, the kids believable, the ghost children puppets and the adults real adults. The new professor guy was a tad forced but, It's doable for me. I really did like this movie, I found it to be a worthy sequel that gave us more lore, gave us more home movies, that gave us more of what made the first one great but from a different angle that I approve of, if they had just rehashed the first movie it would have been a new Saw series, or Paranormal Activity, movie after movie of the same stuff that bores us to tears that studios will produce like an ant queen just sequel after sequel of safe profitable Sinister. I am glad it went in a new direction, I am glad it took a different viewpoint, I think this film did so much right when it could have just done the same from the first movie. One of the better analogy's I can make is comparing Sinister with the Silent Hill video games, the first Silent Hill was great, when they did Silent Hill 2, originally people balked, they hated Silent Hill 2, they wanted more of the first, but rather quickly people began to praise it, then condemned Silent Hill 3 for going to it's roots again, then people just kinda stared in confusion at Silent Hill 4. So the first Sinister was great, we get a sequel that is not redoing the first and is adding to the lore, with new characters and seeing the organs of the body of the first and people reject it because it isn't the first. I think way to many people condemn it to quickly without letting it settle, or sink in. I wish I had gone to the theater to see it for myself to support this movie. Course till then this will be a guilty pleasure of mine in the face of main stream. I think this movie is equal to the first, sure it does have flaws but nothing is perfect, and from my understanding there was alot of behind the camera drama that kinda bled onto the project in ways. I think this holds up. The first film just creates such a large shadow it drowns in it. Maybe one day, one day.
you can't imagine how happy i am to see at least ONE person in this world liked it. i thought almost exactly the same you did. there's just the part about jumpscares where i feel like they didn't need to do so much but they did so more people would watch it= profit. same for the gore, although it didn't bother me that much...
thedoctorwho1stfan I have no idea why my text is so weirdly garbled above us. Really weird, I may have to fix that. But, yeah I hold to what I said, the first movie was so epic that, the sequel was doomed from the get-go, either more of the first movie which would have been dull, or break away for something new and get panned, it was a loose loose situation. But much like yourself I am glad to see there are other people in the world who enjoy the movie. Maybe one day it can be appreciated as a sequel.
The first Sinister was terrifying because its like the shining where not too many scary things happen on screen, but the music fills the person with pure fear and a lot of the super 8 films from the Sinister 1 left a lot to the imagination.especially the last Super 8 film with the fucking lawn mower.... where you only see a split second of the body on the ground then it cuts to Ethan Hawke's character turning a sickly white color and hearing the screaming and lawn mower sounds in the background it leaves it to the imagination and thats more scary than anything a digital image of any kind can do in a horror film.
That's the thing about both sinister movies: if you watch the snuff movies in both films with the sound on mute they come across like the sort of lazy artless shock value for the sake shock value bullshit that b/c grade exploitation movies did to cover up the fact that they had nothing else to offer back in the 70's and 80's.
Why is it when I watch an Angry Joe vid, I see one of three types of comments: 1. People mad at Joe for not posting game related videos 2. Delrith hate comments 3. People actually talking about the video they are watching
21:18 -- In fact, that was not only his two fingers but half of his hand also! But the guy was like _"Oh, well... I'm gonna be alright! YEP, I'm fine!"_ ... tssssyeah, riiight.
(spoken with an epic voice) Deltrith, the Dubstep Lord himself; Angry Joe, Commander of the Angry Army... and Other Joe... I got nothing for him, oh well... (spoken with an epic voice) XD
The first one was really good, this one wasn't and I'm gonna tell you why: Sinister is the kind of movie that doesn't need any sequels because they are just going to be stupid unless they are really well made.
Lol other joe and fat beard just agree with Joe every single movie review. It's like they're scared to have an opinion because joe will just disagree with them anyway
Nick Lovatsis So you think instead of them having a bad movie night together because the movies suck its more likely that they secretly love the movie, but are afraid of taken down by Joe and thats why they agree..man than other Joe is a goddamm actor, falling asleep in a movie for the sake of saying it is bad and missing at the time the movie he supposidly likes himself...makes total sense.
I didn't love the first sinister as a whole, however, I really liked the "home movies" sections because the quality of the camera meets the scenario itself meets the fact it's unexplained (for a while) meets the incredibly dark and atmospheric score for said videos made it work. it felt inspired and truly left me creeped during those moments.
Whats with all this Delrith hate? seems like a normal dude. Specialy when u consider they are from usa so i quess its "normal" there to be over weight.
Sinister was awesome, this was bad. Not because it was a sequel like everyone will jump on, but because it didn't do really anything the first one did right. It tried to top the snuff stuff but made it more disturbing. I'll take all 7 Saws over that rat scene anyday. Also, i though Hitman was good, not great, but good for the action.
People may give the original Sinister shit for it's jumpscares, but the 8mm lawnmower scene was one of the most effective use of a jumpscare I've seen in a long time. Usually I can see that kind of crap from a mile off. In hindsight I'm not sure how I didn't. It has a strong buildup and does well to play with the audience expectation.
The concept of the film is creepy? Wow geez, it's almost like it's a horror film or something. But what's really funny about this video is that they (wrongly) claim that Sinister 2 is nothing but jumpscares when there's barely any of them and that that's a bad thing and then go on to say that they'd rather watch Paranormal Activity, a franchise that is literally nothing but jumpscares.
radvenuz seriously u think paranormal activity has jumpscares. Dude i started imagining things in this movie cuz i was really bored and just wamted anything to happen.
i like the 2 sinister movie way better than the first one on my opinion but the first one is still good i'm not saying it bad i'm just saying that i like the 2nd one better that just me
+Brother Kardel i loved the original sinister and i saw the trailer for sinister 2. Noticed officer friendly was in it, but i didnt watch it. I didnt even have a hint of curiosity because i know itll just ruin it.
loving the movie reviews Joe actually saved me from wasting my money but id just love to see a bit more comedy in these reviews throw in some parodies and sketches like you do with your angry reviews
