Sir Philip Green's Topshop empire Arcadia Group faces collapse within days

Sky News has learnt that Arcadia Group - which owns Topshop, Burton and Dorothy Perkins - is preparing to appoint administrators from Deloitte as soon as next week.
One retail industry figure said Arcadia's collapse had become inevitable after talks with a number of lenders about an emergency £30m loan ended without success.

Somehow I doub he will be claiming Universal credit like some of us have had to endure. I've had a job since 14, now I'm 50. I never ever seen the inside of an unemployment office until 3 months ago. 😞

Well As an Ex-BHS employee, this is KARMA for Phillip Green, and he was never stripped of his knighthood, can anyone answer as to why he wasn't, and now he's about to cost 15,000 people their livelihoods, surely now his knighthood means nothing... I'd use another word to describe him, beginning with C and ending in T, but I won't type it for obvious reasons... I feel sorry for the 15,000 soon to be redundant employees, I and all of my EX BHS colleagues know how it feels, but I DO NOT feel an ounce of sympathy for the Green's, they are disgusting human beings, and it's about time.

For the way he acted yes, but the reality is there wasn't any law at the time of the collapse of BHS annoyingly they now have filled in that hole in the law, but they cant really put it on him retrospectively as others would need to have the same or it'd be seen as being unfair
