That was always the think I never really got with the Throwing Axes; why couldn't Bardin use them like a regular axe? The new elf class also has actual skills that buff the briar javelin's use, which is something Ranger Vet. and Slayer just dont have with the Throwing Axes

Yeah, she gets a better buff than slayer after ult, and now she has a better throwing axe as well. rofl

yep, regens and can melee.

@@Tespri They should buff the throwing axe to do the same, dont nerf it, bring others on par, no one uses the throwing axes because they have that disadvantage

My guess is it’s very viable but more so in team play. I assume he figured that out since he was eating his heals often when he got them to try and reactivate it without having to farm THP too badly.

@@jameswood4676 ..he's doing that because his health is low and there is no one to pick him up. You're essentially always wounded when you're solo.

I might be wrong, but I'm assuming it's because attack speed is the safer option for doing true solo. Especially if he is already hitting breakpoints.

@@SuperCatacata problem with that talent is it requires you to be at 90% health, idk if that procs off of temp health.

every weapon has its own "combo" where you can whether (there are two things most weapons have) 1. The weapon has a combo of CCing and Blocking that permanently interrupts enemies attacking for example hammer Light 1 Light 2 Push Light 1 Light 2 Push and u basically never get hit since the enemies are permanently staggered (since the hammer has an incredible stagger force Armory Mod recommended) and second Usually horde enemies attack if stacked properly in a relatively even wave, where u can go in for like 1 second do 1-2 attacks and dodge out again like hit and run style. But ofc you can also purely work with Pushing instead of dodging out or mix it up a little. Hope that somehow helped lol

@@Ichorslick99 Not as in play style per say, more as in theme/feel. I suppose grail knight is a bit like foot knight and engineer is a bit like ironbreaker but at least they felt a lot more original. I just feel like they could have picked something other than "I am groot"

@@bardet123 I think you mean you just don't like that she remained a wood elf? I like it personally. The nature magic and all the thorns are fun. Plus the javelin feels satisfying as all get out and fits the theme real well.

I feel you, but I also feel it’s kinda inevitable with the way elves are written in warhammer Maybe we could’ve gotten more of a fancy high elf version of kerillian, taking inspiration from elves like the Phoenix king for her design, but that would’ve kinda felt like handmaiden again or an elven grail knight We could’ve gotten full drukhari lich queen kerillian, but I feel like that’s too similar to shade and also a bit too heretical to fit with the rest of the party What we got is kinda nice. Sure, it’s another tree elf that likes green trees and does tree things with a tree staff, but the career being more magelike whereas waystalker felt more ranger/military scout-ish makes them separate enough in my mind Whatever we get for sienna, I hope it’s at least as strong as battle wizard. I hate playing unchained and remembering I could get better damage without any of the risk by effectively just switching my cosmetics

Let's hope they buff other characters and not nerf this one. The point of games is to have fun. Nerfing just takes away fun

They only slightly needed Radiant Inheritance, she remains super strong.

According to youtuber WetMagic it increases attack speed, gives bcr, and increases power by like 20%~

Having high frames per second on PC makes a big difference. Also has less frame drops, higher draw distance and many options to mod appearance and change graphics. Even just sitting close to screen in upright computer chair makes a big difference in concentration. I always played console games leaned back on big TV so my focus is always less.

@@cattysplat I do sincerely appreciate the response but I'm more referencing that the enemy count and aggressiveness of the enemies is vastly, visually different on Xbox as opposed to PC and yeah LOL I sit like 4 inches from my TV screen

@@TheCompdept I think you're mistaken. Enemy density is MUCH greater in onslaught and cata 3 modes. I don't play xbox but I cannot see a single reason that it would have a higher enemy density than PC, let alone modded vermintide. Idk tho without seeing it.

console has fewer enemies (to help maintain a decent framerate) but the enemies have more health, all weapons also have increased output to compensate for reduced ability to hit headshots with a controller

@@illican my comment wasn't intent to start an argument but I do like the age old adage believe half of what you see and none of what you hear my experience is not what you're saying and I'd really love some source material for what you're suggesting here

Agreed, SnD is S class for all careers on elf but Kruber cannot use his Spear and Shield on Grail Knight. Nor can he use Bret Sword and Shield on normal careers so it would have made sense on elf.

Her design seems weird to me tbh, like she’s characterized as a support class, has talents and passives centered around support, her staff gives some amazing CC support, but her supportive abilities either favor an aggressive playstyle or are outclassed by a more dps focused build Her dps focused talents seem to have more synergies as well. I can’t tell if her design is inherently confused, or if she’s just very balanced

@@Wastelander1337 I love how almost every talent she has can make you more support focused, more damage focused, or a mix of the two This is how the careers should be for everyone. Actual options or choice in your talents to fit different styles of play. Not just “oh this is the clearly the best one in most situations take it 99% of the time” The only over the top talent I feel on SotT is the level 20 one that buffs you so much. They should remove the flat power buff from it and see how that feels

@@Neptune1009 but there are no options, since her "support" talents are mostly the walls and those hurt the team by just wrecking visibility and being a pain in the ass to deal with, especially when the Bloodrazor is better in every way. Taking the staff is also dumb because javs are also better 99% of the time. Why bother locking dudes in stasis and deal mediocre damage when I can just kill everything instantly ? It just wasn't play tested at all

@@aughhaughhaughh because you can't save a teammate grabbed through the horde with the javelin for examople, and dps isn't a rarity, while what the staff bring is unique. Doesn't make the javelin a bad weapon tho.

U can actually (and it happens alot) throwing runs over and over again cause of just 1 stupid mistake. I mean im relatively new to true soloing and atm only doing on Legendary but its fairly easy to throw a run cause of one unlucky assassin or hookrat spawn. So yea... you can even go down with an insane setup if that happens.

@@barrazasimplyagod8242 while this is beyond true- I spoke towards him as a player because the only apparent flaw in he’s gameplay was not styling on them enough. (Obviously always room for improvement but this guy is hard to imagine making mistakes even if he was the pyromancer with the worst setup)
