This video takes you through a quick and easy Hip Mobility Routine that you can do from sitting on the ground, anytime, anywhere. I particulary enjoy these moves at the start of my movement practice or at the end of a long day

Yes these feel great on the hips. During the outer foot rotation I am not so upright. But I can do them without touching down with my hands. Love the primal squats to.

I dislocate my shoulder about 20 times but I can relocate within 30 sec.. Is it possible to fix this problem by right movement therapy??

I suggest speaking with a local Physical Therapist. But I suggest working on Shoulder stabilization exercises. 🙌

Can I do this with a artificial hip joint?

This is rather advanced for such a hip. And it depends on the the PT that you have received post-op, what kind of replacement you received and more. This is not a routine I give to my clients with hip replacement but there are many more gentle versions of hip rotation that you can and should work on. Please stay tuned. But you can also speak with a local PT. Wishing you well! 🤗

Hopefully very very few people can cobborate this painful fact but a pulled groin is not only embarrassing but even sitting on the comode and praying the rosary

Is a labral tear from doing the splitz on black ice, going down with one leg out like Beyonce, snapping the rosary on the way up relatable? I was doing this style of exercise before a latent diagnosis of limb girdle musular dystrophy, now walking like I'm in soft sand.. but Oh! that beach.. with the beautiful karmic imprints! Merci, Lisa, keep going.. I'm watching!
