I am WW Lifetime member now for close to 10 years and have been below goal for several years. I still weigh, measure and track my 0 pts foods. This is how I have been able to do this. I am so lucky that I am able to attend in person weekly meetings.

That is such a better way to say that...Are you hungry vs are you full. Makes sense. I for the last few years I have ate til I felt full and most of the time too full. I never felt the hunger pangs or stomach growels. And now I do. My belly actually growels and I haven't had that for years. I will take that as progress

I chose tracking and did well. I also try to hit about 10000 steps a day. Maintaing at 27 points a day, which seems to work well but have to watch certain foods for a health issue. Love the quote about the scale. Love your wisdom!

I agree. I am on Lifetime and still weigh everything, even zero point food. I think it is why I have been below goal for so long.

I have been on WW for 4 1/2 years (at goal for 3 1/2). I still weigh & measure everything including 0 pt foods. Size does matter. And nothing is off limits. Portion control. Yes, it is hard sometimes. If you plan for it, you can have some. Maybe not a lot, but some. Gret video!

Great week! The scale is moving (down close to 2 pounds this week… 21.4 total since April)! I’ve been walking daily, weightlifting light weights 3x a week, drinking tons of water!!!

I gained 2 lbs this week but have not done well for a long time and am higher than I’ve been. I let ww go for finances abd the fact I was not loosing. I may go back eventually. If I’m honest I battle between giving up and accepting my reality and trying again to actually do this. I need to check the reset list

I lost 3lbs today and I need 1.6lbs to finally make my 15lbs down so aiming for that, Than I go on vacation for a week at Ausable chasms in NY for a week Camping!

Carbs matter for me I am very insulin resistant. I have to be very low on the cans. Guess there is just how it is for some of us.

You need to have carbs. My best friend went on Keto and because she restricted her carbs so much she ending up being a type 2 diabetic
