SketchUp: Grouping things together 

How did you find such a good microphone almost 10 years ago? :O

These videos are a great resource. I found the free videos somehow after getting introduced to SketchUp and then bought the book a few days ago from Amazon. They are a perfect complement, and while I think you can learn 75% of what the book has just by watching the videos, they are a perfect complement. I have learned so much from the book, and then again have learned a ton since returning to the videos.

Aidan... Coming from AutoCAD and just now learning SU, I have listened to a number of videos and uTube presentations. You my friend, are without doubt one of the most skilled SU teachers out there. What a pleasure it is to learn from you - concise, clear, incisive and articulate, all while not wasting a word or a minute of my time. Bravo and thanks so much for your efforts!

...how do you select and deselect? Everything I've read doesn't seem to do anything.

When I create a box then try to move it, it distorts the box and won't move the object..

I didn't even knew that you can select object...
